TOPIC: Ellanse post 5 years – Experiences?

It's been over 5 years since my first Elanse treatment. Did not have a top up other than a minor amount to smooth some inconsistency.

I can't quite figure out if it's decreasing but can feel changes in the texture.

While everyone is different, would be keen to hear others' experience post 5 years so we can know what to expect.

For a year now I have been wondering if my Ellanse is dissolving at the base. A slight void appeared towards the bottom left of the shaft. However, simultaneously, a year ago I started measuring 6 and 5/8" at the base. I still measure that today. This is an increase in Girth. I used to measure 6 and 1/2. So I think now that the Ellanse slightly shifted or bunched up, increasing the Girth and creating a slight void or edge below. One thing I am sure of is that the Ellanse has moved slightly at the base. Nothing has moved up top. I am five years from my first procedure.

Same here have had Ellanse (E and then L) for over 5 years (first one in Nov 2019 and last one in Dec 2022) - I too notice some small changes in shape but the size has certainly not decreased. The fluid retention has been there always since 5 years (goes away 1 day after sex/masturbation).

I wonder if Avanti others have ever had a case of reduction even slightly… because so far all accounts ive read are point of view but no hard facts as it relates to measurement changes.

Really want to know when a top up may be required if at all / as collagen 1s half life is 10-15 years which Ellanse is clearly creating in the dermis

I'm about the 4 year mark, honestly haven't noticed any size reduction. Kind of kept thinking it would happen. But I'm 7 inches at the base and have been that since the swelling went down after the top up round. Overall, been super happy with it, one small Nodule that I might go back and get addressed. But the job situation has changed, so can't go away for a week trip anymore.

I'm at 6 years and 7 months with the 4 year version of Ellanse with zero changes. I did have two nodules (scar tissue from inflammation I believe), but it isn't noticeable and has lessened after the first year or two. Very satisfied, feels completely natural. I had a 0.6" gain from 12 ml.

Seems like indeed no one has really seen any decline. Subtle77 commented he lost 0.1inch after 8-9 years.
Highly interested to see when we see the first examples of the reduction or the breakdown in PCL/Collagen that happens in a real life example.
Given some people are going on 6-7 years with 12ml I suspect people who got more (50ml plus) may even see well longer periods of sustained collagen

50ml sounds like alot! I gained exactly 0.5" from 12ml (at 6" Erect length), not sure if it's linear but that would be about an Inch from 24ml. If I experience the same timeline as Subtle77 maybe I'll see a minor decline in 1.5-2.5 years, well see. I really love Ellanse, wish it was still easily available in the US. But also the cost has gone up significantly, I think I paid 8,400 USD for 20ml (I had some refunded since I didn't do the last 8ml, second session).

Maybe I’ll get a bit longer. Subtle77 had the 3 year version, I had the 4 year version.

I had the longest version and got mine just a hair after Subtle if memory serves. No reduction that I can tell so far. if it is, is minuscule Still measure THICK AF lol

Sound like you're happy with it then?! No regrets?

Do you mind.me asking — what gains did you get and from what volume?

I'm still happy with my Ellanse, which I believe I did in 2018 & 2019. I'm just a little over 7 Girth. Now I am looking at the Morganstern lengthening process.

So your still going strong? You think you have atleast another 5-10 years?

I’ve only had a small loss, not that noticeable. I’d get Ellanse again if it was available in the States but I’m exploring what the best options are here.
