I am uncircumcised and considering PMMA. Looking to hear experience from other who have had the filler and are not cut.
I would say that I don't think I have excessive Foreskin but it seems like it still could be a consideration for PMMA.

I read your story, my Foreskin does not cover any of my penis when it is Erect.
Did Doctor C discuss any of the dangers in getting PMMA when uncircumscised?

In old docs i think he wrote about only doing one session for people uncircumsized or something if i remember correctly

You can also get your (tighter) cut after a PMMA session. Dr. C. did even a small session on himself and after his session he got Circumcised.

It is no problem to get filler if you are not Circumcised, but you have to be aware that you might have to get Circumcised later. Complications like Phimosis are not uncommon.

I am also wondering if there are any stories of people besides dream who are uncut and got PMMA injections and did not have any complications,
I spoke with Ian today and he said only about 10% of the clients are uncircumcised!
And out off those 10% almost 70% end up getting Circumcised.
I am wondering if this is because they end up wanted to do more rounds or get more ambitious Girth gains, or is it due to bad side effects like the "accordion effect"

I can definitely believe that 70% end up getting Circumcised because of complications, but in many cases it can be solved in time, however there is also a very minor surgery called preputioplasty. You could try without being Circumcised, then if needed, you could first use steroid cream and stretching. If that does not help, you can have preputioplasty, instead of Circumcision.

Most likely its simply the quality of the implant, when you read the next two articles very carefully.

A tight circumcision makes the implant less detectable and overall that everything stays more in place compressed to the shaft. The skin has no space to move around what result in a harder feeling.

Also I do not think that Dream is that happy with his implant. I mean which real dick in his size makes so much overthinking? Only my speculation: But maybe he has a very nice optic huge dick, but its feels not that big also in touch.


But would be nice to hear it from Ian whats the real reasons that people get circumcised after pmma!

By the way I have a 5.7 Girth after PMMA. But I will definitely do my loose/low cut to a tighter/low cut this month. I want that my skin/filler has no space anymore to move around.

I was under the impression that the main risk was the accordion effect?
If I am understanding correctly you are saying that you will develop Phimosis?
my Foreskin when Erect does not cover my penis head at all so i wonder if i would be at risk for this.

you were already Circumcised with a low/loose cut when you got PMMA?
why are you switching to a tighter cut? does the PMMA move around too much when Erect?
