New Here, Need Advice: Avanti or Rejuvall? HA or PMMA? Also the P Shot
3 years 8 months ago #1308709644But I want this done, and I want it done soon. I'm 37, and not getting any younger. If I'm going to do it, I need to do so in a window that gives me enough time to actually use it and enjoy it. Ian did admit to me, once I/we age around 60-65 the looser skin from aging will cause clumping and movement of the filler and will have to be either removed or refilled to correct. If anyone can speak to that also, I'd definitely appreciate it.
I consulted with Avanti today via zoom with Ian. He was much better at answering my questions, and also much more patient. I wish I could see the pictures on here, but people seem to like the results there. I can be there early December and already have scheduled the time off work. My questions are as follows:
*Is anyone with 2+ years of PMMA able to testify to how it's been for them?
*Is there any reason I should NOT get the PMMA from Avanti? Should I choose Rejuvall in GA instead?
*If I choose Ellanse, is it squishy or spongey?
*Do we know of any new technology coming soon to wait for?
*Can you still get a P-Shot with fillers? How are the results if so?
*Anyone with experience with Avanti can tell me if it came out symmetrical and what to expect?
*Should I splurge for the more expensive packages, or just get the filler? Is it worth it? Shoot me straight please!
Appreciate the help from anyone who can. Been lurking a bit and decided I needed to go ahead and start posting and asking questions. I'll share my progress once I go through with it. I think I'm a good candidate. I'm already very lean, athletic, weightlifter, with a body used to repairing tissue already and is efficient at it. Plus I eat healthy as well, etc. My stats are below:
FL: 3.5 to 4
BPEL 6"
NBPEL 5.5"
FG 3.5 to 3.75
EG 4.5" (near perfect symmetry all down)
Should I expect closer to the .75 expected gains? Would suck to get only .5". My goal is a modest 1" overall. I'd take more, but 5.75 would be plenty overkill for me, especially since I'll start getting thicker than long at that point.
Any advice or recommendations or experience on what I can expect?
THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!!!

I had three rounds done in 2015. First round in January, second round in July, third round in December.NewMember wrote: *Is anyone with 2+ years of PMMA able to testify to how it's been for them?
I went from 4.5 EG to 5.75 EG over the course of the three rounds. I have no (valid) complaints.
The wife is very satisfied with the results. I have also had multiple partners (wife and I were into the swinging lifestyle for several years) and everyone I was with was impressed. No one commented on it with regard to being suspicious of any sort of implant or modification. Actually the only "negative" feedback I have gotten was from the wife, who requested that I stop where I am at because she likes anal and doesn't think she could comfortably do any larger.
No. They are a trusted facility who have been around for many years, and have always been at the forefront of Phalloplasty.NewMember wrote: *Is there any reason I should NOT get the PMMA from Avanti? Should I choose Rejuvall in GA instead?
This I do not have experience with, but I "think" Avandi offers this. So my guess would be yesNewMember wrote: *Can you still get a P-Shot with fillers? How are the results if so?
You are not going to have a 100% smooth symmetrical picture perfect penis with one round of filler.NewMember wrote: *Anyone with experience with Avanti can tell me if it came out symmetrical and what to expect?
I think that is going to be the case with any augmentation regardless of what kind you choose.
Expect there to be slight imperfections. They can be addressed with additional rounds or touch up sessions.
These additional packages were not offered when I was there eight years ago. But there is medically proven advantages to getting things like PRP. It's not just snake oil. Whether you think they will be advantageous to you or not is strictly up to you.NewMember wrote: *Should I splurge for the more expensive packages, or just get the filler? Is it worth it? Everyone responds differently. Some people have gotten higher than expected gains with one round. Some have gotten less than average gains with one round. Set your expectations realistically. I think it would be safe to say that you are not going to gain 3/4 of an Inch with a single round.NewMember wrote: Should I expect closer to the .75 expected gains? Would suck to get only .5".

Yes, the results were different with each round. But as you can see, also the amount of product was different with each round.
All three of my procedures were performed by Dr. Casavantes. Dr. Morales was not at the facility when I did my first round. She was in the mentoring phase when I did my last round. And yes, I am larger at the base (6") and taper down toward the gland (5.75" for the majority of the shaft, and right at 5.5" at the gland)

3 years 8 months ago #1308709710Also updating my measurements.
EG under glans: 4" to 4.25":
EG mid: 4.5"
EG base: 5 to 5.25"
Looking to get 5.5 under glans so about 1.25 increase. That would give me 5.75 mid. This is entirely feasible to me and that's what I'm gonna set out to do. Hopefully 2 treatments will be enough.

And unless you are VERY fortunate, you are going to need more than two treatments to get a 1.25" increase out of only two treatments

3 years 8 months ago #1308709714Platelet rich plasma (PRP) put through centrifuge from the candidate's own blood is believed to contain growth factors and stem cells that provide Male Enhancement and erectile function.
Especially if it works for me and I regain my "lost" size due to EQ it feels entirely possible to me to gain 1.25 in 2 treatments?

Something like that, yeah.

Pros of Hyaluronic Acid:
- Its temporary nature (in other words, requiring annual top-offs to maintain Girth) has two benefits: (a.) if you aren't satisfied with the results you aren't stuck with it forever (b.) if complications do arise, they are much easier to manage since the filler isn't permanent.
- HA is a naturally occurring compound in your body, and all the manufacturer does is cross-link them for use as a Dermal Filler. Due to its bio-compatibility, it makes for arguably the safest non-surgical filler available.
- Reversible to some extent with the use of Hyaluronidase injections.
Cons of Hyaluronic Acid:
- Its temporary nature also has one downside, requiring annual appointments if you wish to maintain Girth, which implies additional travel, costs, etc.
Pros of PMMA:
- Its permanent nature has one main benefit: Once you're done with your last appointment (as it can take as many as 2-to-4 rounds to get a desired result for some), you'll be set for life.
- Much of the volume you gain is your own collagen.
- PMMA has more Progress Reports than any other filler, and they show a generally positive outlook.
Cons of PMMA:
- Not reversible without going through invasive means.
Honestly there is no right or wrong here, it all depends on your goals, your risk-aversion, budget, logistics, and motivations.
