TOPIC: Best doctor in North America?

I have so many questions as my username states. I’ve battled with insecurities in terms of size as long as I can remember.. I am looking for something damn near permanent that can help ease my insecurities for good because they can be haunting at times. My question is, who in North America do I have to see for damn near permanent results and how much will I have to dish out in order to make this happen? I am ready to make this happen one and for all. Thank you ahead of time for your replies.

I'd hazard a guess that Dr Casavantes from Avanti Derma has completed the highest number of Girth enhancement procedures on the continent. Success rate is high too and on the whole issues are minor. Obviously there's more to it than that but it's quite literally all listed here, both the good and bad.
