TOPIC: NYC metro area?

Is there anyone in the NYC metro area performing reliable services? Looking for HA. I really want PMMA but need to try HA first to see how the fit is. As I understand it’s not permanent is that correct?

I'm only aware of Dr Song but he does not offer PMMA as far as I know. Search for him on the boards, he has a post in the doctors forum.

Edit: looks like he does a PMMA hybrid of fat transfer and bellafil.

Dr. Song's post was a paid-ad under the Promotional Category of the Doctor's Forum - but he chose not to renew the ad in case people were having a hard time finding the topic.

Noxcuse is correct about what he offers; what should be noted is that Bellafill is likely mixed with the fat due to its costs per volume (12-15 cc's would price it out of the market); also, it should be noted that the American iteration of PMMA (Bellafil) uses a bovine carrier (and not cellulose like the kinds used in Central America, South America, and Europe), which some argue may prove less effective for penile augmentation.

That said, I think the use of Fat & PMMA in this way is innovative and worth consideration by those who are keen on getting PMMA in the States.

On a side note, Dr. Solomon is in Philadelphia, not too far from the greater NYC area, but does surgical augmentation (i.e. not filler work). On an additional side note, I am in talks with a NY-area practitioner (strictly HA I believe) who may either Sponsor or advertise in the near future, but it's only in the talks/vetting/screening stage.

I don't think he performs scrotal webbing work; he's strictly fillers. I believe this kind of procedure is in the domain of Plastic Surgeons and (surgical) Urology.

I’m hesitant to use bovine filler. Thanks for the info there I thought they all used that. Maybe Avanti Derma is for me.

I'm in talks with a NY-area Physician who may join as a Sponsor. I'm currently vetting the option to provide the North East / New England area with an experienced non-surgical (filler injection) practitioner.

My insurance is NJ based unfortunately so only certain US docs I can use. Do you plan to get PMMA? How’s the healing going? I want to do the webbing surgery and PMMA this year.

Looks like we have a New York / New England area Hyaluronic Acid (HA) practitioner joining as a Sponsor of the Forum. My hope is to have a legitimate, skilled, and quality Doctor/Clinic from every major region to give my readership the best practical/logistical option & value possible.

Until screening, vetting, and processing is complete, I'll abstain from issuing any more details but if all goes well, they'll be on board in early March.

It's tricky when insurance limits your choice of doctors. I hope your healing is going well! I do plan to get PMMA. Good luck with both your webbing surgery and PMMA procedures this year. Stay positive and take care!
