TOPIC: Ellanse-L Growth

Ellanse-L lasts for up to 3 years, but does anyone know how long it’s effects are? After the Ellanse-L gives away, does your Girth reduce to its original size or how long until it does? I read that it takes about 15 years for the collagen that was built up to pretty much dissipate, but i’m not too sure if that’s accurate. Also, I know that the growth of PE is different from person to person. If anyone can share how much was given and the growth that they experienced, that would be amazing.

From reading the old board and this one, it seems about .5 Inch increase is normal for 10 to 12 ml Ellanse.

Personally, I gained .75 Inch from 10 ml, but I attribute that to my shorter and thinner starting size than others. If you start with a longer length and/or a thicker Girth, it will take more product to give you the same increase as someone with a shorter and thinner starting size.

You probably read that after fifteen years half of the collagen might be gone. No one really knows how fast the collagen will dissipate. Probably depends on age, lifestyle, genetics, etc. And Ellanse has been found to last longer than advertised. The microspheres of the two year version has been found still in patients four years after procedure.

Your penis still retracts but less. For example, after leg lifting I used to retract a lot due to blood being drained out to other extremities whereas now blood still leaves the penis obviously but the product is stiff enough to keep the penis somewhat elongated. I’d say about half less retraction.

@Noxcuse how long ago did you have this done? Who did your procedure?

I had it done January 2020 at Avanti Derma. Dr. C did the procedure.

I dont think even Sinclair, the manufactures know how long the results last. I have had patients go 4 years and not see any reduction. All of this is a great experiment - which is why we need to be so careful.

Dr. Oates, I have been thinking about this exactly since I want to get Ellanse done this March/April. Is there any possible future complications with Ellansé ? I mean after the carrier is gone, it is bodies own collagen that replaced the carrier. Correct me if I am wrong, I am not a medical professional but to me it seems pretty natural as opposed to PMMA where the particles dont disappear and stay in the penis which can cause foreign substance reaction even years after.
