I've been considering getting PMMA for a while, but am still concerned about how it will feel for partners. I'd really like to see one in person so I can evaluate whether or not I want to do it. I'm on the east coast, so DM me if you'd be willing to meet and talk.

Sounds sketchy. cant you tell from pics? I asked the same question and a doctor responded to say that Ellanse tends to be firmer than other PMMA fillers.

Good Question. Start a survey.

Any user should give a comment:

Hard / normal / squishy

And then his circumstances:

- How many cc‘s
- relation 10% & 30%
- Circumcision style
- What kind of pre-operations Maybe FFT?
-Age (collagen)
-Smoking, drinking, drugs (collagen)
- Sport (collagen)

Multiple multiple patients varying from a small amount of PMMA to significant volume have commented over the years describing the tactile feeling.

Generally unless you're high volume, it's quite firm. It's not like volume fillers such as HA. Some people even find it firmer than natural when Erect.

No there are differences.

We already have a small survey like that in the old forum with only PMMA.

Result is: 50% said the same as before - and the other 50% = 25% less firm & 25% firmer.

But the survey was without circumstances.

What do you mean generally useless? I've yet to see any kind of scientific survey about the feel of PMMA (as in more than just self-reported--this is a self-selecting population on this forum). A video would provide more information on how the PMMA fills the shaft and reacts to pressure than a still image.

Just click on the link. This is a video of other injectable fillers and how they respond by touching on it. They wanna tell us one is firm and the other is squishy. My opinion: Both are squishy.

A very long time I believed my filler acts in this squishy way/ does not stay in his place - only because I was too loose circumcised
