TOPIC: Avanti Derma here I come in December!

Got my deposit down and will either be there the 10th or 11th of December! Any advice from the veterans here? What to wear as well? I’m going permanent PMMA with the “utmost package”.

Should I request a specific doc?

Bring loose fitting clothing and boxers. Wouldn't hurt to start supplementing with collagen supps. If you have an extender are Hanger make sure it's one that doesn't compress the shaft itself. Other than that not much to offer up if you stay in the grand and take the shuttle they'll make sure you're there in plenty of time. You'll go they'll explain what they're doing they'll numb everything and other than slight pinch on the initial numbing you won't fill a thing with the filler. They'll give you the medication you need and explain how to massage. Other than that enjoy a few days watching tv and getting a fat Dick. Dr. C performed mine with Ian helping and they're both phenomenal.

My concern now is lack of time I’m planning to be there as I’ve booked earlier flight in Friday with procedure then check up next day and flight out in the evening Saturday. So just one night at the Hotel. I know it’s not ideal, but it’s the slot I got. My wife believes a P-shot will be getting done in San Diego... I know, I know, but trust me I won’t get far explaining permanent PMMA in TJ to my wife.... My only thought is if I stay one more night maybe it saves an extra trip back for touch ups if they see areas to fix, but I’m also thinking it’s likely gonna be too swollen for them to do anything anyway except help massage etc.

Can’t wait to follow with the story of my wife tracing my path to TJ and me having to explain it all. Haha

Lol if she tracks you going to Tijuana. I think the safer story might be the getting filler instead of the other reasons you might go into Tijuana that she would probably not be to happy about. Well if you can stay an extra night then by all means do it. It won't hurt. You are correct that there will be alot of swelling but it helps having Ian there to monitor your healing and massaging. I know for me personally I had slightly raised section on one side that he helped point out and I was able to massage everything back and I'm very happy with the appearance now. Also I'm not sure if you're taking real hgh but if you are you may be familiar with peptides. I think bpc 157 and tb 500 could have benefits. I used bpc 157 after mine injected into the fat pad but obviously it's impossible for me to tell you it helped. Bc I had no baseline to compare it to

Greatly appreciate the insight! I may try to extend a day or push it up a day. I’ll look into those peptides. I’m definitely taking real HGH (only 2 iU daily) along with a low dose of Test. I doubt it will make some huge difference, but my thought is I might as well get the most out of the procedure.

Good point on the TJ reasons. Maybe I’ll just come back with a new pair of cowboy boots as my alibi... lol. I would much rather have snakeskin boots than an STD anyway! HA

That is actually something I regret not doing was exploring some while there. When I had my procedure. I stayed in the hotel the whole time and just focused on healing and going to restaurants to eat the cheap food. I can't get my hands on legitimate hgh but I plan to use igf or hex and bpc 157 or tb 500 next time I go. I also use sarms and I'm big into pump when I work out so I use alot of arginine, agmatine, and citruilline. I want to go back asap but my passport expired earlier this year so until I get a new one I guess I'll have to wait. Unless you feel like bringing a giant suitcase with air holes in it.

Wear boxers and dark pants or shorts. I wore light blue shorts and they quickly developed a blood stain.

Appreciate the dark clothing suggestion. Did everyone get the extender while you were there? If so did you bring it back? I’m just taking a carry on and I’m not looking forward to explaining it if they ask questions. Lol. I guess they could mail it as I’m assuming you don’t wear it immediately. I could be wrong there....

When I was going I also realized it was worth reserving an aisle seat close to the bathroom on the plane so you can come and go and check on things easily. Also I usually had a sweater with me to carry if I kept the weight on in the airport

That’s a smart plan there with seat planning and attire. One more questions for the group on healing time..... I’m kinds planning that after next day check up I’ll be on a flight and heading back without much time to adjust/massage for 4 or 5 hours. I’ll have it done Friday back home Saturday evening, but how soon did you get back to normal or back to work in person. With the COVID remote stuff I can stay home a few extra days, but not ideal.

Don't worry about the flight time and not being able to really massage it then. Just try and keep it relatively straight and not kinked up lol.

Really pay attention to how Ian manipulates it (even ask to record it on your phone and ask any questions during). After you can get home you can massage it and deal with any minor issues. As for going back to work/being busy, with PMMA the most crucial period is about 72 hours after the procedure. The product can be moved during that time (progressively less and less so as it goes though, the carrier is being absorbed and leaves the spheres where they land). Just try and stay on top of it during that time, keep it extended, massage it. After that just try to avoid retraction. Don't over think it all though.
