Seems like longer Dick might need more filler, but since Avanti caps at 20cc per session, I’m just trying to get a feel for what’s realistic. I think they go until the filler starts to back out of the entry points- which makes me wonder how people go above 24cc+ with Rupeka. There is another user tmartin304, that is about that size: [ phalloboards.info/forum/progress-reports...ossible-round-4.html](https://phalloboards.info/forum/progress-reports-the-patient-support-group/10156683-possible-round-4.html) I would say 3-4 sessions to get to 2+ inches of girth. His took 4 sessions to get 1.2-1.5 inches of girth. I would just tell Avanti what you're looking for and I believe they will go above that if it's possible. They recommend pumping beforehand for like 30 days before the procedure. Maybe something like 30 min twice a day 5-8inhg to make room for the filler. I believe the two sessions totalled 42 cc in a combination of 30% and 10% but I can't remember the ratio.
