Feels fat and squishy in my pants and looks fatter than normal Otherwise it’ feels normal. Doc says it takes about a week to notice results. I did my research and couldn’t find any horror stories, and since I’m getting some filler work in a few weeks I wanted things relaxed enough prior in order to help the filler settle where I wanted it. I don’t know if it will make a difference, but I thought it best to try. Doctor says it’s worth it. Plumper Cock, always slightly longer when soft (it doesn’t quite retract as much) and better erections, like the erectile chambers just feel firmer as you’re getting hard. But I wouldn’t say any effect on sensitivity, except that maybe the corpora feel slightly ‘numb’ and this seems to translate into being able to have sex for longer before reaching orgasm. It might just be psychological, or that better boner response to lower levels of arousal is helping with lasting longer somehow. But it seems to have helped with performance quite a bit. I like it.
