There was another user that tried some experimental PMMA- not bellafill or Linneasafe and had worse results than you. It seems their first two procedures went fine, but the experimental one went badly. (ATXGUY)

Anyway I'm 7 weeks out from my 1st procedure and I can confidently say using a pump actually hid all the imperfections I had at 5hg. It only took less than 10 min to pack a 2inch diameter tube: www.aliexpress.us/item/3256806036900232.html ?

But give it a try- definitely going to follow the phalback routine for a few months and then schedule my second procedure with Avanti Derma.

I did notice before my procedure that after pumping the nodules would look better for a few hours.

Update. 3 days post 1cc of Kenalog. I woke up this morning with raging morning wood. I gave it a squeeze and it felt thin. I measured it. I lost .5” in Girth overnight! I’m freaking out especially since the doctor said it would take 2-3 weeks for Kenalog to work fully. I was up around 6-6.25” Girth rain or shine and now I’m down to 5.5” and expecting to drop down to my baseline of 5” if it works this fast to destroy collagen already . My nodules remain unchanged, and look more pronounced with a smaller shaft.

I’m very upset. Trying to plan my best course of action. I wish I had travelled to get a punch excision from doctor Carney in Atlanta or visited Rupeka. I’m wondering how soon after Kenalog can I get more filler. I’m quite distraught about the loss of size. I would not wish waking up and seeing your Dick has shrunk on anyone.

How long after Kenalog can I get more filler? Does anything counteract it? Im reading it stays in your system for 45 days. I am thinking I want to travel to Rupeka and get something aggressive like 30 syringes. I am more upset about the size loss than the nodules. My goal is to get to 6.5”-7” Girth and then possibly deal with whatever nodules exist. Does that sound like a good plan. Is it better to get a punch excision from a pro before getting more filler or is afterward ok. I know I will need a few more procedures now and maybe it’s best to wait until I have all the raw size and stay the hell away from Kenalog.

I don’t think these nodules would have formed if I had had it appropriately wrapped in the month or so following the filler . I believe I had bad retraction that caused the unsettled filler to form nodules. I believe if I had kept it wrapped until it settled I’d of been alright. The nodules do make it very difficult to get off so I would like them removed still.

Life is crazy right now, and I’m not made of money but I have spent 16k+ all in to have what looks like will be the same Dick but with nodules. I’m determined to come out on top whatever it costs and have a 6.5-7” monster I can be proud of.

Trying not to freak out and I welcome advice in my best course of action. I’m prepared to drop everything and travel.

I would reach out to Avanti Derma and find out how soon after could you get more filler.

Most of the recent posters here that went to Avanti had good results especially Alias9.

Dr. Rupeka is great but it will probably cost like 15k for 30 syringes whereas it would cost 4k for something similar at Avanti. Which is why I was saying you could have saved your money trying to remove the nodules and just went to Avanti. I've even read that Avanti has broken up nodules by just pushing the needle through that area.

I notice that in the beginning you said you had some pain immediately after the procedure,…Did the pain from the nodules ever go away? And if so how long did it take before you were able to have sex, masturbate pain free?

I can’t remember exactly how long the pain lasted but it did go away. For a while it was concerning how difficult it was to get off. It can still be kind of hard to get off but it’s better now. I think shortly after I had shockwave the nodules became less painful. Masturbating was very annoying because I just felt every Nodule. It was both a turn off and physically uncomfortable. Looking back at pictures I think the shockwave helped a lot more than i appreciated. Kenalog and my Removal attempt didn’t work but by I’m more less ok with the remaining nodules now. I feel like if I’m ever with another woman, they might not be so obvious that I would need to explain myself anymore. Maybe I’ll get a picture up soon and you guys can tell me if a woman would question me.

For what it’s worth the Kenalog did seem to reduce some of my gained Girth but with pumping I’m still at a consistent 6” Girth now. So I’m +1” from where I started with some nodules hopefully only I notice. Still a win in my book. I may get a few syringes in the future to shoot for 6.5” Girth but I don’t think I would get filler above the Circumcision line.

To anyone considering filler above the Circumcision line, it’s a risk. If you’re gonna do it, it’s so important to learn how to keep it wrapped the right way for a few weeks. I only wrapped if for a few days and then experienced bad retraction which caused the filler to bunch up in the area causing the nodules.

The Nodule in the middle still has a hole that’s healing from Removal attempt in 1/7/25. Hoping it doesn’t scar. I’ve begun applying mederma.

What do you guys think? Would a new woman seeing this for the first time have some questions, concerns, or be put off?

I’m not against trying to have them removed again but it is sort of on the back burner and it’s probably been good for me to take a break from worrying so much about it. Just in case I need to accept it lol.

I noticed the lump/ nodule on the side is less prominent ever since I started extending.

I'm using the honestpe.shop/ hog stretcher, but I'd recommend getting the vibe hog so you don't have to buy extra parts later.

I do 20 minutes at a time with the cheap blue vacuum cups you can get anywhere on temu or eBay. I do as much time as I can per day since traction is proven to work. I stopped pumping for now, I figure I get as much length as I can before the next filler. I do 20-23 min then take a 2 minute massage break to avoid blisters then another 20~min at 10-11 lb resistance. If you've never extended maybe work your way up from 5lb.

I waited 8 weeks post procedure to do PE again, but I remember them saying pumping too early could cause voids if the material hasn't settled. I really noticed extending evening things out above the circumcision line. Maybe this is that collagen building phase they were talking about...

How long was it before yall stop seeing increases in size?

I know the collagen slowly builds over time but at how many weeks did you stop seeing a major difference?

I had 25-30 nodules or maybe granulomas....very hard and painful. They developed slowly at first then exploded about 60 days after injection. It was a PMMA /CMC combo though. The doc suggested shockwave and seemed risk free but what it apparently did was reduce the material around the nodules/granulomas making them more prominent. He said it was "investigational" approach to resolving the lumps (I called them skittles...) So it only made things worse for me. Others may have better experiences to draw from though.

How much was the shockwave therapy and was the procedure painful?
