For the last 5-6 months, I have been further dialing in my health. Since my Round 1 about 5 months ago, I have lost 27 pounds of body fat and put on 19 pounds of muscle per DEXA scans. Apart of that aim was to further reduce my fat pad before Round 2. It has been successful as far as that goal has gone. As a carryover from my Round 1 thread; just a little background. I am 42, been married for 13 years, have three younger kids, and work as a product manager in the software world. I have three physical long term goals: - Obtain and maintain 10-12% Body Fat throughout my 40s - Enhance my penis to 9" x 6.5" - Enter a bodybuilding competition in 2027 Starting on January 10th of 2023, I embarked on a new journey of eating a new way called zerocarb, aka strict carnivore diet. Since then I have not eaten any plants and have dropped from 365 pounds to 245 pounds with a goal to get to 200 pounds (15% BF) by late spring of 2025 before having loose skin surgery; my health has skyrocketed across multiple dimensions. I am planning on 3 rounds of PMMA with Avanti Derma. This second round on 12.2.24 and then a 3rd and likely final round late 2025 after I have a lower body lift from excess skin. My Round 1 I received 11cc’s of 30% and 13cc’s of 10% for a total of 24cc’s of Linnea. It was a little disappointing getting more 10% than 30%, which resulted in a lower than I hoped for .6" in average girth. Overall happy with the results, but had hoped for a little more. This next round I intend to be more vocal about the girth focus towards 30%. Really hoping for a minimum of .75" average girth on this round. In preparation, I have been vac extending and pumping most days of the week for the last couple of months to really help on the elasticity to help take more PMMA. My BPSFL has increased to 8.5" as of late, up a quarter inch from the last couple of months. Here are my stats going into Round 2: EL: 7.6" MEG: 5.6" BEG: 5.8" FL: 5" FG: 4.3" BPSFL: 8.5" I workout 2 hours every day without exception, ever. Sick or not, doesn't matter. I lift 5 days a week using the Hypertrophy App by Dr. Mike Isratel as goofy as that dude is. The other two days a week are a 6 mile run. Peppered through the lift days are an extra 30-45 minute Peloton ride. I also have been doing PE off and on for over 20 years. Roughly gained an inch and a half in length and about one tenth of an inch in girth. Currently doing vac extending and Angion method. This will obviously be pausing for the next couple months. For post-op care, I will be following Ian's instructions closely. I will also be introducing BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-cu, and 5mg-10mg Anavar to this post-care routine. I eat 2-3 pounds of beef a day, so think I am good to go on the collagen intake side of things. Did the Utmost Package this time. Ended up receiving 15cc’s of 30% and 5cc’s of 10% for a total of 20cc’s. Overall I’m pretty happy with those numbers and split. Will keep y’all posted in the coming days. I had a lot of space to work with for this second round. Seems like my hard work around vac extending and pumping basically daily paid off I would assume. She said my Flaccid Girth increased nearly two inches from Round 1. Three of the four entry points seem to have closed with just one that leaks a little fluid/material when I massage that area. Overall the shape is looking good. Met with Ian this morning and will again this afternoon. Measuring 6.25 currently MEG, but if I learned anything from Round 1, it sure doesn’t matter much right now. Don’t feel like my measurements really solidified until 5 weeks had passed on Round 1. So mid January I will start to look to measurements with more confidence. How long did you wait before doing PE? From what I was reading you have to wait 6-8 weeks, but you can use a noose Hanger? When can you start using a vac Hanger? I want to try Avanti Derma because of the huge cost difference, but I wanted to know more about which airport to fly in from and then getting to the hotel near Avanti. Also I think I also read that Avanti doesn't inject on the underside? Is that a big deal because your results look even. Do you plan on adding vibration to your routine? Like using the vibe hog or that diy phalback setup? I waited to start light PE until week 8-9 post-op. Was just doing light 2-3 pounds in the APEX/Hopgex/Best extenders using a Penimaster Pro cup at first and worked back up to 8-10 pounds of extension using a Totalman cup sometime in early October. As a callout, my Round 1 was the last week of June of this year. Started light pumping around week 10 at 20kpa and slowly worked up to 30kpa until the week before the Round 2 procedure, so from mid-September until Thanksgiving. I flew in from Dallas to San Diego. Was picked up there immediately in a Toyota Sienna by a partner shuttle service that Avanti uses. Drove me straight from the San Diego airport across the border to the front doors of the Grad Hotel Tijuana. It’s a great shuttle service, imo. On the return trip, you will want to have your Passport Card (or Passport alternatively) to get back into the US, assuming you reside in the States. No, they don’t inject on the underside and kind of wish they did, but I am happy with my results without it right now and believe the underside becomes more important the closer you start to get to 7”+ Girth ranges. I plan to stop at 7” Girth and if I feel like I need some underside work, I’d save up to go to Rupeka in Ohio for just that, but I think that going beyond 7” is not great for my wife since we have tested with many toys that 7” is a perfect balance of size versus work to get things fitting/flowing. I am still following the trend of vibration and want to see more long term testing/results before further investing in my PE setup, but am somewhat intrigued by it all. My long term goal is 9” BPEL by 7” MEG. If it takes me a couple more years to gain 1.3” of length, I’m cool with it, unless it’s undeniably obvious and proven that vibration is going to significant speed up length results. Have some swelling still on the right side circ area, I think, though a little concerned it may be just how the PMMA settled. Not too worried though yet, just continuing to hang with the ball and massage every day. Hopefully the shape works itself out in the coming few weeks.
