I have read that it’s from Peyronies from the scar tissue build up and it pulls the outer layer of skin tight to cause the hour glass shape. It happens from time to time not always. And it goes away very quickly. Never happens when I’m Erect or semi-Erect. I’m hoping it won’t cause a tight ring after PMMA injections. Anybody have info on this? Should I be worried or not? Is it possible to see an Erect picture from the side profile. I've been trying to see if I need to get an underside treatment done at the end since Avanti doesn't do that but it seems pretty uniform without it. Although I noticed from the top down it looks uniform but some people from the side you can see way more filler on the top of the shaft than on the bottom. Have you gained anything from extending? I've been using the red light therapy max of 4 times a week for 15min while extending about 25 min at a time. Trying to do 1 hour a day at 10lb or force. Have you noticed any Erect length gains?
