It’s my first time going to Avanti Derma and after reading all of the posts here I’m more than excited for this round. My first round here in Florida didn’t really do a lot for me, unfortunately (18 syringes of Bellafill). The only lasting effect was a bit more dangle when Flaccid. From the results I’ve seen on the forum, it looks like I can expect at least .5” in Girth gain. Is that about right? Any info or advice any of you fellas could share? Like how long does the shuttle take to get from San Diego to the facility? How long before my procedure should I stop pumping? Thanks in advance, fellas. This forum has been a huge help to me so far! But that's my guess. If it were me, stop a month before, don't start again until 2 months after. Far as the shuttle it's SUPER slick, it's a private car (likely minivan/small suv), might take an hour going into MX, 90 minutes coming back (they have it timed to perfection based on your flight departure time) with mild to moderate traffic. Getting into TJ is easy, but without the shuttle holy hell what an insane zoo getting back - the shuttle is worth its weight in gold. There are special passes for medical tourism that I guess they have to skip a lot of the lines at the border. They have one dude who grabs you from the hotel in TJ and takes you to the guy in the CBD who has the medical pass and you change cars, then you head towards the border checkpoint and there' s a ramp he gets on that's specifically for medical travelers, so you're just cruising past people on the MX side who are stuck waiting 4+ hours to get to the US side. Also, if you're staying at the Grand, the breakfast buffet is the shit. On the 2nd floor i think? I initially got confused thinking it was that French joint on the first floor but nah...a dope buffet on the 2nd (or third) floor. Oh, ane there's a casino in the hotel, this isn't a sleepy Marriott. Stayed till Thursday so Ian could monitor. I don't retract much so I was looking good. On the shuttle, down is fast. Sometimes back is slow. But they run a system where one minivan gets in line and you hop over if it is slow. Definitely let Ian take care of it for you. One thing I wish I had was earplugs. I stayed on 14 and it was loud. People up late and early. Also, the whole floor is tile so it is loud and the door slams. If you don't sleep heavy bring some earplugs. Go over to the Oxxo and grab some bottles of water and snacks as needed. The hotel connects directly to the AD tower by walking right off elevator past the sports book. Ian is the man and has everything down to a science. My Dick contracted so hard due to my anxiety but the Ativan helped. My procedure was virtually painless and quick! Dr Morales and Ian were a phenomenal team. They made me feel confident and comfortable about the whole thing and very optimistic about the outcome. I’m hoping to plan another round for early next year. I’m hoping to hit my first goal of 6” Girth and then on to my ultimate goal of 7” Girth. I will try to post progress pics here as I heal. I can notice a small bit of Girth Flaccid but so far there’s definitely a difference Erect! I slept with my junk in a travel donut pillow and worked like a charm! I’m still confused in the huge differences aftercare information from provider to provider but I guess they all have their uses. One last meeting with Ian then I’m off to the airport. There’s less swelling today but fluid and a little filler keep moving down to a pocket on the underside of my circ scar. I have to massage it back toward the middle every few hours and it just creates more inflammation. I figure the runaway filler should settle by tomorrow if I keep it up. The hot water in the sink is the best I’ve got here to hear it up but it has definitely helped. I can’t really determine what’s inflammation yet but I like the way it feels in my hand so far. Flaccid looks okay but puffy. Erect looks really good but I’m dying to see how all of this settles and heals. Yeah, don't fool yourself into thinking those initial measurements post fill are going to stay. From experience, it's best to start measuring maybe 2-3 weeks from today on where you land. And even then, there could be more ups and downs in gains/losses from day 1-2 post measurement. Make sure you follow the aftercare and focus on the massaging. Happy healing!
