TOPIC: First Round of PMMA with AD 5-28

I’m just heading home after my first session with Avanti Derma
First let me start with my regrets. My only regret is that I haven’t done this sooner.
My results are absolutely phenomenal and everything I expected. I hate to give my size because I fluctuate with swelling but as it stands my Flaccid size after 4 days (procedure included) are below.
I emphasized thickness my first round and was given 21cc-30% 3cc -10%
Post op massaging is a must. I set an alarm for every hour just so I could get up in massage. I was so tired but I stuck with it. By the way the hot water from the sink is enough to burn a house down so that shouldn’t be an issue any longer. Going to keep massaging abstain from sex for 5 weeks and keep taking supplements (beef bone broth, collagen pills, collagen peptide powder, leafy veggies, beef bone protein shakes) along with plenty of water for the best outcome. I will keep you guys up to date as I progress.
Huge thank you to the Avanti Derma team they have truly outdone what was expected.

Erect I reached 6.25 at one point. I really want to wait until all of the swelling is gone.

Wanted to give an update on my first week results with Avanti Derma

Pre Avanti Derma visit
Erect length 7.25
Erect Girth at the base 4.5
Erect Girth at the mid shaft 4.5

Post Avanti Derma visit
Erect length just got back to normal at 7.25
Erect Girth at the base 5.75
Erect mid shaft 5.0
Below the glands 5.25

Not sure how much of this I’m going to keep in the up coming weeks, but I will continue to do a weekly update.

Not a problem at all. I’m anxious to find out what my final numbers will be. In the long run, I would like anywhere between 5 1/2 and 5 3/4 overall. That may require a second visit.

10 days in and I still growing. Pain from swelling has subsided and I have noticed one or two nodules that I don’t mind because even the imperfections will feel good to a woman. Earlier in the week, I felt like I lost Girth, but I never went under 5 inches in circumference the next day I begin to gain And never remain steady for the past few days with the numbers below

What’s your aftercare game been like?

I focused on nutrition two weeks before my procedure and even now after. I carry a gallon jug of water and try to drink it throughout the day. I cut out Caffeinated coffee during that two week period and even now and replace the coffee with beef bone broth, I happen to be drinking that now before bed, but I drink that throughout the day as well. I take youth theory collagen plus biotin tablets, Two vitamin C capsules a day, men’s multi health, vitamins, bulk supplements, Hyaluronic Acid, creatine, L arginine HCI, bovine, collagen, peptides, beef, bone, broth, protein, or from bulk supplements. You could check those out on Amazon. Can’t forget sardines I eat a can of sardines a day, along with green beef, vegetables, and raised eggs, I fry them and make sure I get the membrane from the eggs because that’s where the collagen is. My nutrition revolves around collagen supplements and foods that help synthesize collagen. I have been on TRT, but I haven’t had a dosage within the last 30 days. I 30 minutes a day and stay in shape as well, but haven’t been overdoing it since my procedure.

Two week update, 15 days to be exact. My measurements are the same from posted a week ago. Sometimes depending on the day, I could have a quarter Inch extra added, but not sure why.

I don’t know if these will be my final numbers as it is only been 15 days but I’m hoping I keep this and may be more. I will book another appointment in another four months for aesthetics.

Awesome results . My base is also thinner naturally than my mid shaft and glands. It’s amazing how they made yours thicker and tapered it. Looks great. Congrats

Thank you, I just want to say this board has been a tremendous help in helping me make an informed decision. I had no idea this type of procedure was even available until I came across a Reddit post that pointed to this board. Many thanks to you all!

Wow. Great results and looks so natural. I doubt anyone can tell that work was done. More like naturally blessed 1% of the population!
