I'm talking completely recovered, last thing you want is retraction with ANY filters, HA or otherwise. I was miserable doing without but I think I took a full 2 months off (i got mine in early november so taking the holiday season off lifting was an easy excuse). I'm sure pain level depends on provider, my guy gave me a numbing cream to put on, walk around for 2 hours with my Dick wrapped in plastic wrap, come back, he injected a nerve blocker, and got to work. I don't think they all do as many steps, but I would say the only real pain is like the sort of "pinch" you get when a dentist injects novocaine in your already numb gums. The recovery is soreness, for sure, for me the best comparison i could make would be, as i was massaging it in the 2-3 days immediately after, it was like trying to squeeze an arm with a mild sunburn level of discomfort. I think about a week out it started hurting less, still discolored and mildly swollen, but the panic time was basically gone. and i could tell i was on the mend. Stay stretch and massage with heat and you should be good, whole massive aftercare thread im sure you're not the first person to obsessively read. As for volume - not enough of an expert to say but i dont think that's over the top aggressive by any stretch at 10ml. Honestly man the procedure itself is cake, the average dental visit would be way more uncomfortable. Whether they use a cannula or needle, HA shouldn't be going into your vasculature at all. HA is a dermal filler, and will go between two dermal layers in your dick's skin. As a non-doctor, my minimally-educated opinion is 10ml is neither absurdly aggressive nor overly conservative given your starting dimensions. If you were already swinging an amazonian eggplant it would be too little, if you had a micropenis it might be too much, but you're bang-on average and that's a bang-on average volume. For aftercare the doc SHOULD be providing you guidance. I don't think any of us could guide you through mimicking that sufficiently online. My guy had me wrap and massage - when i wasn't massaging, i had it lightly wrapped to stay elongated. Periodically I'd unwrap, heat it up with a hot rag, try to get hard, and manipulate any bulky or clumpy spots, then let my erection subside and rewrap - in hindsight using a weight to stay extended would have been helpful, too.
