Pierce Paris is a pornstar I found that to me looks like he has filler done, but it's hard to tell. Im 99% he had it done, and it doesn't look bad if he did imo. Dorian Del Isla is someone who also looks like he had filler done, doesn't look that bad. Comparatively Sam Shocks does look worse. Whatever you do I think you should go low for the highest realistic outcome. 6x7 says he still feels realistic at 8 Inch Girth, and he started from 5 inches if I'm not mistaken. If we all limit ourselves to a .5 Inch gain, AND choose the correct provider, then I think you can have an outcome that is more imperceptible. Really it's not even about a set number of gain, but a % change from your original penis. If you start at 6 inches Girth then adding .5 inches is going to be less noticeable than if you add it on a penis with 4 Inch Girth.
