Glad to finally make it to the club. It’s been an interesting journey. So, I’m not sure I’m a good case study for glans enhancement. The reason I say that is because I had three HA injections into the corona with AD. After each injection I would notice the corona was more robust. It “flared” more, if that makes sense. But it never lasted long. Maybe a month or less. Rounds 4 and 5 were with Rupeka where each time I had PRP injections in the corona. Each time my corona had significant flare but it stays longer term. Meaning, I haven’t witnessed it go away after some period of time like the HA. That said, my first glans PRP injection was last October and the second was February, just 2 months ago. So, who knows if it will go away in the next 6 months, 12 months, or if it is real long term growth. I also can’t confirm if the positive growth is due to the PRP alone or is it because I had 3 HA injections first. I just don’t know. I do feel confident in saying that PRP has been beneficial tho. Actually, Rupeka provides the initial sock, but mostly because of bleeding. I’m a bleeder, so they lightly wrap with gauze and then put the sock on for compression. It’s not really meant for long term use. I started using the sock during round 3 to help with shape uniformity, especially at night while I slept. That said, I stopped using the sock because of the compression rings you noted. Basically, I out grew the medical materials I have. The compression rings gave me a quick little scare, but they were just superficial with the swelling and had zero effect on the PMMA material. Thank goodness. Great to know, however, especially around the ridges only being edema ridges and not collagen/filler/PMMA ridges (makes sense, too, there are two smooth layers these guys are injecting between, not superficially). I was sitting out on the 5th deck having a cigar, Loose shorts and sitting ankle over my knee. When in this position , especially with my glans ring on, I tend to slide down to the left. Anyway she sat down across from me to have a cigarette, and she was obviously imbibing more than I was for the hour. After a couple of minutes she just blurts out “ is that your Dick!!??” With that “drunk/eager” I looked down, noticing that the leg of my shorts had crept up a bit, but I wasn’t exposed or anything, just really outlined. I smiled and said “yep”. Thankfully the Missus arrived and saved me from further questioning. Of course now I’m likely to to say “Yep, but you oughta see 6x5to6x7 or justn8”. Especially if it noticeable. I switched doctors because AD has very strict guidelines on volume they are willing to inject. I did 22cc’s then 18cc’s then just 15cc’s. I understand their philosophy but I simply disagree with it as do many other doctors in the field. Though I disagree with their approach on volume, I respect their medical opinion and appreciate that it comes from a patient safety perspective. So understand that I didn’t leave them for any other reason than another doctor I came to research and trust simply had a different philosophy. I learned this about doctors 10 years ago. They can and will have different opinions regarding new fields with limited data or rare procedures with limited experience. My daughter was born with congenital ![heart](https://j4.phalloboards.info/media/kunena/emoticons/heart.png "heart") disease and needed open ![heart](https://j4.phalloboards.info/media/kunena/emoticons/heart.png "heart") surgery after birth. The hospital we were at designed their surgery which they stated would save her life for the short term, if she survived the surgery, but that she would be severely retarded due to lack of oxygen to the brain, most likely in a wheel chair, live in significant pain and suffering, would lack self awareness, would need about 5+ surgeries until fully developed, and if she survived all that, would need a ![heart](https://j4.phalloboards.info/media/kunena/emoticons/heart.png "heart") transplant and then “expire” by age 25. If we were lucky. In fact, they recommended aborting her. I got a second opinion from a leading pediatric cardiology hospital. They performed a 9 hour open ![heart](https://j4.phalloboards.info/media/kunena/emoticons/heart.png "heart") operation, saved her life and she has not had another one, is high functioning and significantly above her peers both physically and intellectually. She’s beautiful. So, I did a similar process in doing my own research and concluded I was willing to risk the higher volume concept with Rupeka. I chose well.
