Overall,I have been mostly happy. I have some irregularities that I think are due to my anatomy. I started out on the smaller side. Flaccid Girth-3.5 inches and Erect Girth of 4-inches. I have had five treatments and had a Flaccid Girth of 4.75-inches at the base and 4.5-inches mid shaft. My Erect Girth was 5.5-inches at the base and 5.25- inches mid shaft. My first treatment was in December 2022 and my last was October 2023. I am down about 0.25 inches mid shaft. my base is still holding strong at 5.5 inches. As far as firmness the base is a little squishy, but the rest of it is fairly firm. Like the comparisons from your original photos are night & day, and in a very good way, congrats. I think if you can top-off semi-annually or annually, you should be able to stay above the 5inch mark rather easily. Especially if they are doing 5 units per round (conservative approaches are aimed at providing an aesthetic end-result), they are likely to fill any proverbial *gaps* while keeping you 5"+ afloat. That's usually the premise of low volume injections, to build a foundation and brick-lay over time (and while it doesn't induce collagen growth to the extent of more permanent fillers, Hyaluronic Acid still stimulates some fibers, collagen, elastin, and other building blocks for dermal volume). After my second treatment I had dysport(botox) injected where my circ scar was, which was causing the irregular shape. When Flaccid it still looks irregular. I think it is due to my excessive retraction. When Erect I think it looks natural. I need to go back and get is smoothed out.
