@Chubalicious , that’s funny - I started at 5” girth pre-PMMA which isn’t bad but always thought it looked “skinny” from the top view. Looking back at old pics, I’ve always thicker from the side view. I wonder if it’s from pumping since I was closer to 4.75” pre-pumping.

We can be our own harshest critics, but the Nodule you speak of is hardly noticeable (in fact I wouldn't have noticed if you didn't mention it and to be frank, still not sure I see it). Granted, perhaps you can feel it and therefore know where to look, but even with that being said, it's pretty stolid aesthetically all-things considered.

@Skeptical_One , thank you, sir. I mentioned in my other thread that the nodules aren’t visible but very palpable and one towards the bottom side near the CS scar is physically irritating. I’m quite happy with the aesthetics and both procedures. I don’t feel an urgent need to fix them but I wouldn’t want to live with them long term. If I was single, this would push it towards urgent because of how palpable they are not only for myself but also a third party (wife).

Attaching a photo of the “noodle” type nodule for reference. Visually you’ll see nodule is about half an inch but it’s closer to .75-1” when palpating.

Hello RichardGaines (love the name btw)! I just joined the boards specifically so I could see these images, and I'm glad I did. A few of questions for you:
1. Would you mind giving a cost breakdown? Not just the original package you bought, but hotel, stay, and any extras you had to get at the clinic or for aftercare.
2. How long after the procedure would you recommend waiting before returning to a job that involves a lot of walking, but nothing really muscle-intensive? Like an office job or something. I'm wondering if I should make it a long weekend, or if I need a week or two to recover.
3. For you personally, what was the most beneficial part of the post-injection regimen? E.g. "above all else, do not skimp on ___"
4. Are you planning to do anything with the noodle Nodule?
5. How does it actually feel in your hand when Erect? Is it hard or squishy? Can you deform it or move anything around, or is it pretty much locked in place? Any changes in function or sensitivity?

I'm so glad I found this thread, and I think it will help a lot of others as well. Thank you for documenting your journey so far. I look forward to any other updates you may post for us!

Hey @Fahrlig . Thanks for the kind words.

1. Costs
I stayed at the Grand Hotel which is connected to AD. I want to say it was about $150 a night and they do provide a discount if you call them to book and let them know you have a procedure w/ AD. Didn’t need to pay for extras but to get from the border to the clinic/hotel I did pay for the shuttle service that you schedule through AD. $150 for that? Perhaps someone else can confirm or email Ian.

2. Return to activity: I was walking on the treadmill at the hotel probably day after the procedure because I was so damn bored and was feeling slobby after eating so much haha. I’d probably wait a couple weeks before anything intensive to avoid irritating and delaying healing of the injection sites.

3. Just follow post-procedure as much as possible. Two things I’ll add is to get the weighted hanger off Amazon prior to procedure so that your D is accustomed to it. Also if possible stay in TJ for at least two full days after your initial procedure so you can get the most out of your visits with Ian. For follow on procedures it’d be good to have at least a full day of recovery but you’ll be more familiar with post-care so you can get away with a shorter stay.

4. Noodle: it’s gotten worse — it went from feeling like a noodle to now more of a thick, hard cord so yes I do plan on remedying it but I’m unsure of timing as my confidence is a bit shaken with regard to the economy.

5. How it feels: when hard it feels like an extra hard D. I like it. When flaccid, I heard someone else describe it as layer of hard gum or taffy that envelopes the shaft which seems accurate to me. I can only move it as much as I can move the skin so effectively it is “locked in place.” No changes in sensitivity but the feeling of penetration is fantastic with the extra volume.

Can I ask you if the PMMA feels like it's stuck to the outer skin itself, or to the shaft below ?
Meaning, does the PMMA thickens the outer skin (like a thick sheath that can move up and down, or maybe immobile ?), or does the outer skin stays thin and only the shaft below thickens ?

Can you still stroke the skin of your penis exactly like before if the outer skin thickens too much ?
Because even though I am Circumcised, I have some skin mobility that I would like to save, I love the stroking and gliding feeling when masturbating.

@mimitassin you can search for a chart to understand exactly which dermal layer PMMA is targeted.

As far as feel, my skin has always been a bit taut; post-PMMA I haven’t noticed a difference in that regard.

I looked it up and it says the PMMA is injected between the dartos facia and the buck fascia.
But it doesn't explain if the PMMA stick to the dartos (mobile) or to the bucks fascia (immobile).

When you are Flaccid, does the outer skin is very thick ? Is it mobile ?
Or is it thin like before and can glide easily over the PMMA ?
