I pump and extend but in the time since I started, I've been way more consistent with pumping. Pre-PE stats ~5.9" BPEL x 4.75" MSEG. I have a very healthy bedroom, engaging in intercourse most days of the week and some weeks every day haha. With regard to seeking GE: my lightbulb moment was when I started to pump pre-intercourse and found out how much my wife and I enjoyed it. So much so that I forayed into, I guess you would call it, fetish pumping. I can pump up to a Girth of 6" and although that very much includes edema, we've both enjoyed that, too. So when I first saw someone's thread on the Subreddit gettingbigger on their PMMA success, I put on my detective hat and stumbled upon PhalloBoards. After signing up for a paid subscription and reading ALL progress reports (yes every page of every thread within the 13 pages worth of reports), and reading Dr Casavante's book "Girth Matters" (twice) I decided to take the plunge. I intend to make a this thread as detailed as I can to pay the community forward. **Procedure** I'm opting for the Utmost package via Avanti Derma which will be performed by Dr. Morales. Aside from the PMMA itself, I'm mainly interested in the PRP and the botox for the Dick n Balls. From what I've read, it take a few days or weeks for the botox "kick in" so it likely won't help in the crucial 72 hours post treatment but I'm a serial retractor/Grower so I'm curious as to how I'll react from it. Another note, I've had a zoom call with Ian and a lot of email correspondence. He's as prompt and professional as has been mentioned numerous times within this forum. **Questions/Concerns** I do have concerns about my Circumcision line being closer to the base rather than closer to the glans. I've seen some results of others with a similar CS lines with great results and others with results that I'd be less than satisfied with, so I do feel like I'm rolling the dice a bit there but I do plan on more than one procedure and hope that will be enough. All that said, in a perfect world I'd be part of the select few that meet their Girth goals and have aesthetic results they could live with after one round. More likely I'll need 2 (possibly 3 but I'd hope to avoid that since it's a bit of a pain logistically to get to TJ having young children). **Question** for the forum: do I shoot for max Girth in round 1, then opt for a smoothing session as my second procedure? Or do I equally prioritize Girth/aesthetics for two rounds? The cost difference is pretty significant between a smoothing session and a full session. I am 7" BPEL x 4.7 MSEG and have a lower Circumcision line. I also have the same question regarding whether to go for max Girth on the first round or prioritize aesthetics. A lot of my turtling comes from stimulants - adderall (even at 5mg), nicotine pouches, coffee etc. I plan to cut all of that out one week before my procedure and the weeks following. Biggest concern is that crucial 72 hours post procedure but I’ll be diligent with keeping myself in an ADS switching between the one provided by Avanti and the Penimaster glans cup that I use. Also putting some faith that I’ll be in the camp that reacts well to the provided flomax that is provided. I did see your thread and it gives me a lot to think about. Going to see if I can swing a trip two weeks prior to my full procedure to knock out the dick and balls Botox and be back home in the same day (~3hr flight to SD each way). Unfortunately the procedure isn’t really affordable from what I’ve seen locally. I shake it out and I sit at 4-4.5" with slight wrinkles. But that megaturtle is hilarious to look at, picture an uncircumcised penis (I'm Circumcised) that's 2" long and 6.5" around (my actual FG/EG are in the mid 5's, that's all just bunched skin with my glans hiding within!). It helped me a ton, too. I also have severe retraction and need to "shake" it out often. But the phallotax will help to keep you extended. Follow the "aftercare" thread that Texas started - those first 3 days are crucial. From my experience, you'll get the best results by following the steps around the clock. Good luck! The excitement and anxiousness is definitely heightened and I want to be sure I’ve packed everything for my 4 day trip. [ @Yup](https://phalloboards.info/forum/user/6770197-yup.html) the Penimaster attaches at the glans only so it’s good to go, though I may be using the ADS Avanti provides (actually I bought one to get conditioned to it) since the Utmost package includes glans enhancement and the Penimaster cup may be irritating. Apex + generic glans cup attached via sleeve is probably a no go for immediate postcare since the sleeves attach to the shaft. My guess is that you’ll be able to use it again after the 6 week mark when the PMMA is considered mostly settled but would check with Avanti to verify.
