TOPIC: Seeking Advice on 6.5" Girth and Sharing My Experience with Avanti Derma

Hello everyone,

I wanted to share my recent experience with Avanti Derma's penile enhancement treatment, hoping it might be beneficial for others considering similar procedures. I'm also seeking some advice from those who have undergone similar treatments.

Firstly, the care and professionalism at Avanti Derma were exceptional, with special thanks to Ian and Dr. Morales. They were incredibly kind and skilled in their approach.

A key takeaway from my treatment is the role of penile tissue elasticity in determining the amount of 30% filler that can be used. This varies based on individual genetics and anatomy. The stiffer the tissue, the harder it is to accommodate a larger volume, especially of the 30% filler.

In my case, I received a total of 24 cc's - 18 cc's of 30% filler and 6 cc's of 10% filler. It's been three weeks since the procedure, and I'm thrilled with the results. The swelling has completely subsided, and I've noticed an increase in Girth from 5.25" to 6.00". This change has positively impacted both my sexual experience and the Flaccid appearance of my penis.

Post-procedure, I've been taking a regimen of supplements, including UCII Collagen, UCI Collagen, 25mg of Anavar daily, and 20mg of Cialis daily. While I'm unsure if these supplements directly contributed to my results, I'm satisfied with the outcome.

Now, I'm contemplating a second round to achieve my ideal aesthetic goal of a 6.5" Girth. However, I'm concerned about potential discomfort for my partner, as she already finds the current 6" challenging but manageable with preparation and lubrication. I would love to hear from others who've faced similar decisions. Did you experience any issues with your partner due to increased Girth? What did you ultimately decide?

Hey! I too wrote on this, search Buyer's Remorse on here. I'm at similar stats. There are some good folks who added their two bits which provided some reassurance. Wifey and I both ultimately adjusted to the new size but it did/does not make sex better (like some guys on here gushed over), it's almost the same as before. She's adjusted now too. I think part of it is her having to deal with her overall health/libido. Ultimately - for my confidence, it was definitely a boost. I too am thinking about going back but I'm not sure if it's going to do much better for her. In fact, it might make things more painful with the added Girth. But from what I hear, most women adjust, it just really depends on her anatomy. My biggest lesson learned was making sure I'm honest and upfront with her before taking the plunge (again).

Your posts, along with Odouble's discussion, have solidified my choice to aim for a 6.5" Girth, something I've been considering from the start. I understand the potential for wanting increasingly more, but I believe 6.5" is my ideal for both aesthetic reasons and because it complements my length, which is around 7" BPEL. My primary goal isn't to increase my partner's pleasure - I don't foresee a significant change moving from 6" to 6.5" in that regard - but rather to achieve a personal sense of satisfaction. That said, feeling more confident and aroused can indirectly enhance our experiences together, as it allows me to be more attuned and responsive to her needs.

I'm scheduled for my second and final procedure on December 11th, and I'm looking forward to it.

One thing I’m not seen a dress here on the board at all and maybe I’ve missed it. Is that the increase in Girth especially anything above six affects oral sex. Maybe I just have more of that than other people. Lol but I’ve had partners have much more difficulty With the Girth since I went from 5 1/4 to 6. my goal is 6 1/2
And for those who don’t believe half an Inch will have a big impact, as a gay male, half an Inch does make a pretty big difference. Ultimately, things adjust, but I wouldn’t discount partners concern about that. If you don’t believe it’s much, I would suggest trying a a couple of toys with the second one being half an Inch bigger.

From my own experience, I find that despite having a Girth of 6 inches now, my response to oral stimulation is not as different as you might expect.

This might be an outlier case, as I understand that experiences can vary greatly. Although I do enjoy oral sex, the primary source of pleasure for me is the stimulation of the glans. In my experience, additional practices such as deep throating or extensive oral techniques don't notably enhance the pleasure for me. Interestingly, my enjoyment of oral sex has increased with my current partner.

This is largely because she focuses on stimulating the glans while also skillfully using her hand on the shaft. This approach resonates more with my personal preferences and contributes significantly to my overall enjoyment.

What I've noticed are that once most men (this is a general observation, I'm sure there are unique cases) begin to see diminishing returns once they hit the 5.5"-ish girth mark. In my 20 years following the scene (and 13 years or so Moderating this forum), I honestly think 5.5" MSEG is a great goal to set because (1) you're certifiably thick by all the metrics available to us, and (2) most normal penises can probably achieve 5.5" without sacrificing too much realism/naturalness.

By diminishing returns, I mean things like oral (teeth), anal, vaginal "quickies", and even just the sheer pool of women can actually diminish the thicker/fatter you go beyond 5.5". Sure women adjust, but those are usually long-term partners, not casual hook ups or one night-stands. And even if they are a long-time partner, the aforementioned sex acts I said previously may still become problematic.

That also doesn't take into account the copious amounts of lube you'll have to use (which means you'll have to have it in your possession if you anticipate sex), but you'll likely need to order custom size condoms because even Magnum XLs can be uncomfortable north of 5.5".

There was one guy here who got so thick he actually tore his wife's vagina causing bleeding. Some guys are outright denied anal, and if a girl has poor oral skills, you will almost certainly get teeth from some. I've personally had an instance where I couldn't achieve full insertion, despite the woman being aroused and wet... and I'm very average in length.

Don't get me wrong, I think the boost in confidence can ultimately offsets most of these issues, but just be mindful the thicker you guy, the benefits don't necessarily improve with partners. At my thickest I'm 6.3" so I understand the compulsion to "go big," but given @hm1234 's experience with his partner, I do think he ought to take that into serious consideration as well as his partner's blessings before pursuing any further appointments... just my 2cents

This is true. I’m a little over 7” thick and while most women can’t take it all the way in their mouths it does result in more focus and stimulation on the glans. My wife has a really small mouth and can only take in the glans but her blowjobs are way better than women who can take in a little more. I was with a girl the other day who could actually deep throat it, and while it was interesting to marvel at, it didn’t feel nearly as good.

I’m in the category of buyers remorse. I went from 5.5” Girth to 6.5” (7” toward the base) and it has dramatically effected my sex life. Huge confidence boost for me in terms of a Flaccid hang and overall feel of it in hand, but sex has diminished in frequency and quality. Mainly due to the discomfort it causes my wife. Previously, we were having sex daily, sometimes twice a day. She loved it and wanted it all the time. Now, it takes a tremendous amount of foreplay (not a bad thing) and lube, but it still causes discomfort for her about 50% of the time. We are now once or twice a week. Spontaneously bending her over the kitchen counter is definitely a no-go now. If you’re at 6” now, I’d say seriously consider the impact it could have on your partner.

Listen to this guy and Skep. I’m 6 1/4 Girth and I’d go back to 5.75 - 6 if I could. Spontaneous sex was great before and it’s very problematic now and even during regular sex worrying about hurting your partner isn’t what you want to be thinking about. Then there’s lube, not a huge deal but it’s frustrating to need it at times. A half Inch is more than you think it is.

Thanks. I'm at 5.75 now and been pumping to get up to 6.25-6.5, Wife always comments that I feel "extra hard" on those nights and it felt amazing, which I attribute to the added Girth. I'm going back for Round 2 in a few weeks and I think if I end up anywhere over 6.0 I will be done, except for maybe a touch up. I will note my wife has had three natural births so I think that is a factor here. She def loves where I'm at now and I think will be able to tolerate another half Inch or so pretty easily based on the nights when I pump. If you are with a long term partner and thinking about adding more, it might make sense to try pumping and see what kind of reaction you get.

BTW- I have all the documentation and pics for my Progress Report, just haven't had the chance to type up and post. Will do so before I go back for Round 2 in a few weeks.

I did the same exact thing, pumped up to 6 1/4, tried it a couple of times and she loved it so went forward with it. Whenever I pump, my Dick is a lot bigger obviously but it’s also softer/ squishier than when I’m normally Erect and I think that helped her accommodate the larger size at the time. Ultimately you’re going to do what you please, just giving you some honest personal feedback. Good luck with everything!

Appreciate the feedback, didn't think about the hardness of the Erection with pumping vs. PMMA, now starting to second guess Round 2. Sex is very good now, don't want it to go backwards.

Of course… I’m not trying to talk you in or out but given that I went through the same exact situation I just wanted you to know how it turned out for me. It’s always situational, there’s guys on here with 7+ Girth and their girl loves it. I’ll tell you this though, if sex is perfect right now you might want to let it be, I wish I had and if you’re really wanting to do it, why not use a temporary filler to see how it goes.

My Girth went from 5 to 6 and I didn’t think it would made a difference however my wife has a very difficult time with it and it looks like a tank going in. She’s getting use to it. I’d like 6.5 but she wouldn’t be able to handle it so I back off
