I am partially cut so have some Foreskin. Sounds painful to have the glans exposed for 3 weeks. Anyone have any tips about getting the procedure? Things you wished you knew before? Go in wearing looser pants/ shorts as you are going to be dressing down the leg after they put the sheath on.. There are several members here that have done PhalloFILL ( I’m one of them ) that have documented their results . Also the PhalloFILL board here has video discussion. If you’re not sure you want to go PMMA at the onset, then PhalloFILL is a good option in my opinion ( I wanted to test drive the result as it were). Now, if I become a fast absorber, I know that I will go to PMMA, if I’m not I will stay with occasional top Ups from PhalloFILL . I likely won’t have this data point until one year in. You will be more sensitive each time you take the sleeve off during the three weeks, not painful, just more aware. It passes quickly. Being circ. Myself I can’t speak to the Foreskin issue. They were very pushy about demanding payment while I still had questions about the procedure. They want to squeeze me in on a double booking, which made me feel uncomfortable considering that it’s an actual procedure that needs to be done. I booked a consult with Dr. Tsay considering all the great reviews he has here. I’m considering fat transfer if I’m a candidate or standard HA injections. Anyone have any opinion about injections into the glans? The idea sounds great to make things proportional, but I know that some providers refuse to do it. HA is a good option too but can become expensive over time due to multiple fills and barely significant gains each round. Use the search function to read folks' stories on the glans. From what I recall, it's usually not an issue unless it's not super symmetrical to your shaft. I also don't think it's permanent? I can't speak on behalf of Dr. Gonzalez (Los Angeles PhalloFILL) but the Dallas PhalloFILL (Sponsor) has done stellar work. He charges around $10K for one session of HA, which seems a bit intense. I don’t know a ton about this but I had to procedures and they were about $12,000 total. I can’t imagine putting all of that in one session.
