TOPIC: Fillers moving to the base of my Erect penis during sex

I had just 10cc of fillers done in teh start of January. I am a Grower and I am uncut.

When I am flacid the filler spread out very nciely and evenly, however when I get Erect it bundles to the middle and when I masturbate or have intercourse the filler is very "squishy" soft and tends to move to the base of my penis after penetration... It bundles up together at the base and makes it extremely thick and unpleasant. It is causing slight pain as it is pulling the skin back with it. I have absolutely no idea why this is happening. Is this something common, is it because I am uncut, is the filler supposed to move around so much on the the shaft?

Any help or experience would be highly appreicated!

What filler did you have? Pictures would be helpful as well.

The problem is very clearly visible, but what is important is what kind of filler you got?

By the way, there was a guy who got HA and was uncircumcised, and he ended up getting Phimosis. I got dermal fat graft, and I am uncircumcised and got Phimosis too.

He ended up getting Circumcised, but I had a procedure called preputioplasty to release the phimotic ring. Unfortunately, I ended up with some hypertrophic scars. I had two corticosteroid injections so far, in order to shrink the scars, and there has been a noticeable improvement.

Even so, being uncircumcised, one should know that there is extra risk for complications.

I don't know who your practitioner/injector was, nor am I making excuses on their behalf, but it should be pointed out that the vast majority of Americans are Circumcised (according to the NIH and other sources), and on the flip side, male injectable Phalloplasty is an extremely uncommon practice among cosmetic physicians, ensuring that the idea of an accordion effect would be extremely uncommon knowledge... if I'm not mistaken, I believe this forum and perhaps a handful of publications even use this coined term ("accordion effect").

Or it's possible he or she has had prior success with uncircumcised men, making it even less likely they would know or care to mention it. This is why the PhalloBoards needs to be a "must" review for any man considering these options. On a positive note, you aren't dealing with any infections, or any injury that would pose risk to the overall health of your penis. This is a aesthetic nuisance and I'm sure we can find a pathway to seeing an improvement.

Outside of the USA, where Circumcision is very uncommon in many countries, fillers and fat transfer is done without the need for Circumcision, and I think the injector has developed a technique for uncircumcised men. However, it still seems complications like the "accordion effect" and Phimosis are not uncommon. Fortunately, you got HA, and not a permanent filler.

I am very thankful indeed yes. I mean I fell in love with the weight change of my penis, however the growing effect as well as not being circumsised is def creating that accordion effect as you mentioned. Slightly disappointed in that however, it was a good test run seeing as it will dissolve. I guess I will have to think whether I Want to get circumsised to be able to do it correctly and also consider a ligament cut

He said the filler moves to the base of his penis. Circumcision is done at the other end last time I checked.

Just to give you a heads up (no pun intended) the accordion effect happens regardless of whether you are Circumcised or not. If the penis retracts (turtle mode, pig in blanket mode) thats whats going to happen. I dont want you or anyone else to think that getting cut is gojng to solve the problem only to suffer the mental anguish of finding they still have the issue.

what ended up happening in your situation did you get this fixed?

I'm uncircumcised and do not have this problem. I've had other complications, but nothing related to my Foreskin or accordion effect. I guess every person, filler and injector is different. Maybe try to get that dissolved and use a different filler. In the end there can be complications for anyone undergoing something like filler augmentation.
