Before round 3 my EL is 5.3 inches. I have 25 percent BF so quite some improvements are possible with losing the pubic fat pad. Also considering liposuction for that. So max EL I can probably reach is 5.8 inches( .5 inches fat loss). On to Girth..at the widest part of my shaft, I am 12.3 cm ish. Even after 2 rounds my glans is close in Girth to shaft...so I assume I have room to add volume on the shaft..till it starts looking strange when Erect. I don't care about Flaccid aesthetics...any partner I have will see me Erect. My base is narrower so I am planning to get that part widened this time predominantly so overall I get a wider base. My question is if after round 3 I get close to 5.8 inches Girth all around( except the cir scar area) ..should I go for round 4/top up and get a minor touch up and finally 6 Inch Girth. Or there is a limit to EL/EG ..that might make it look abnormal..like a stubby appearance? Thank you all for your input. PS: I am having some skin issues ..for which I have a Dermatologist-recommended ointment which clears up the dry patches soon. I think my post-care after round 2 wasn't to the point due to a family event after round 2 and traveling.I noticed some fillers had settled at the bottom part ..it doesn't bother me. Some guys truly dont care about aesthetics and just want all the size they can get out of a functional penis. Jacks10 stated he told the Doctor he didnt care and was just going for size. I think most of us care somewhat. I also think a decent doctor will be able to give you an honest answer that is specific to your case. The bigger you go, the greater the risk for aesthetic abnormalities. I have the same EL as you and I am starting at 4.7 EG. I too am probably going to do what it takes to get to 6in EG. Even if it means looking a little funny.
