I am considering scheduling round 3 and the final round of PMMA. The last two rounds with Avantiderma have been quite good. I am 5 ft 5, 140 lbs and the latest DEXA tells me I have 27 percent body fat. Though I have lost 13lbs in last year by working out and diet...I still have abdominal fat and some of that also extends to the pubic region. In a pinch test I can see almost an Inch of fat over the pubic region. I have atrip planned where I am considering getting abdominal liposuction. They say they can get me six-pack..but even a flat stomach with love handles gone and pubic fat gone will make me very happy. Question for experienced members should I get the lipo done so that hopefully some length with be gained from pubic fat loss and them PMMA will give me better Girth over the new base of penis. I'm about like you ( 1-1.5 ) inches and saggy skin . They did lipo and lig cut ( kind of no brainer if you are doing one ). I'm still with a drain 2 weeks out and have 80 staples from hip to hip . Not huge pain but have to sleep in back and really take it easy . The penis starts thinning about 2-3 inches from base -- def need ellamse filler . How close to base can they fill ?
