TOPIC: 1st round of PMMA Avanti today

Just got my first (and hopefully only) round of PMMA with Morales at Avanti. It’s been about an hour and I’m chilling in the Grand Hotel. Haven’t seen results yet because it’s still wrapped and staying wrapped for a few more hours. Procedure went super smooth and was an absolute breeze.

Anyway, yea, did that. Any questions OR ADVICE hmu. I’ll try to keep ya posted with how it turns out.

So, the only thing that bugs me is a lump with a pretty defined “drop-off” about an Inch under the glans (when Erect). However, the implant feels a lot more firm that I thought it would be by now. I’m trying to use some lotion and massage the filler forward where I want it but it’s not budging. I’m just making a mess with blood under the skin now so I’m gonna lay off of it for a bit lol because I’ve been pressing pretty dang hard. I just can’t believe how tough it already is; I’m not sure I can “mold” is like I had imagined

Pay close attention when you go see Ian.

I did. Just finished with my follow up. He said that basically that’s just how PMMA is. Getting the product into that spot is much more risky so they typically don’t do it. No problem though, everything else looks great as of now!

Thanks I did. Ian and Morales and Diana were all absolutely INCREDIBLE. Super nice, made the whole process very comfortable, very friendly. Even the procedure was really fun because it was so relaxing with the vibe they create, the view of the city and the music and convo during the whole procedure.

Could you tell us about your initial size?

My initial size was 7EL NBP , 5.1MSEG, 5.5+ Base.

Flaccid was about 4.5-4.75L, sometimes 5+ if it’s a hot day, and 4.25-4.5G. Flaccid fluctuates a good bit for me.

I’m still swollen from the procedure a few days ago so my Girth measurements right now don’t mean much. It probably doesn’t even make sense to measure until 6-8 weeks post procedure anyway from what I’ve been hearing.

I'm excited to see/hear about your results as our stats are nearly identical.

Have you had PMMA? Or you gonna use my results as a gauge of whether you should get it or not? Hahaha

I'm currently contemplating. I feel like I am getting close to biting the bullet. I keep going over progress reports of the growers (like myself), to push myself over the edge to schedule the appoinment and just do it

Yea I had just got tired of spending hours of my life doing manuals and wishing and hoping. It was consuming my mind.

Now, I’m 1 week since the procedure and I’ll say this, if it could stay like it is right now, I’d be happy as heck! (I’m aware that it probably won’t stay this way and I’m wishful thinking) but it’s perfect right now lol.

Hey Xxxi, any update? How did your results end up?

Yea sure! So, I’ve settled at 5.5-5.6 Girth most of the shaft, and up to 6 inches at the base. I do have a pretty minor Nodule on one side about an Inch below the glans. It’s not super noticeable and I’ve had sex several times without it being noticed. Overall very happy with the result. It’s definitely not something I’d recommend for a perfectionist, as it doesn’t look as natural when Flaccid, ridges can be felt, and the Nodule is there for sure, but I’m still super happy with it and wasn’t expecting perfection in the first place. I’d like to go back for rd2 relatively soon just to smooth out and maybe get 0.25” more shaft (no more base lol). Overall this has been an excellent experience with Morales and Ian and I’m looking forward to the next one.
