I'm not sure how much merit the "Erection angle change" risk has, and some of the current practitioners of Ligamentolysis argue that it very well may be a myth, or at the very least, exceedingly rare in both how often it occurs, and the degree of change (in angle).

"Erection angle change" was mentioned sparsely on the forums throughout the years as a possible downside of the procedure, and may have been perpetuated by one or two bad procedures many (8+) years ago - you have to understand that Lengthening Surgery Progress Reports are so hard to come by because monitoring success not only takes many months, but requires rigorous commitment; by contrast, Girth procedures are instant and can often be shared with forums in days or weeks of a final result.

This means the sample size for lengthening surgery testimonies lend itself to inaccuracies: if you only read 4 reports and one is bad, you assume it's a 25% failure rate (that's just a hypothetical statistic). This may have been the situation with the alleged "Erection angle change" theory, so few reports, making bad ones stick out.

This is why lengthening progress reports are so appreciated, and really help advance the craft forward. I personally believe in the legitimacy of Ligamentolysis, but I also believe that Erection length gains cannot be guaranteed, results vary patient-to-patient (largely based on one's own anatomy + skill of the surgeon), and commitment to post-op protocol may be essential in cementing gains.

My Erection angle hasn’t really changed. If any, maybe a few degrees. Nothing that’s caused any problems for sex from any position so far.

Hey guys any updates? How’s the progress coming along and the scars looking?

I am approaching 4 months post surgery. I’ve been Hanging 2 hours a day during the week and wearing ADS for about 4 hours per day. I am consistently 6.5” NBPEL now, started at 5.5” and 7” BPEL. If I measure right after a hang/ADS session, I am 6.75” NBPEL and 7.25” BPEL. I do squeezes and Clamping 3 days per week. I am 5.75” MSEG now, started at 5.5”. Mid-shaft is obviously different now that EL is longer. That may be the reason for the Girth increase. Base Girth is 6.5-6.75”.

Scar is looking good. I just had a consult for scrotal web Removal. The doctor commented on how good the scar looks. I am using ScarAway twice a day.

A helpful tip. Don’t fall asleep while vac Hanging. I use a pulley setup. I fell asleep and woke with a large blister. Recovering from that now. Having to take a week or so off.

Great info. I go in Sept 3rd for lig cut with same doctor. Just trying to get a better understanding of results since I'm fairly new to platform. Can you bring me up to speed on what an ADS is and MSEG stand for? Also can you comment on what you've gained total? Thanks in advance

ADS = All day stretcher (I use Phallosan Forte)
MSEG = Mid-shaft Erect Girth

I had the MegaMAXL procedure done. Just prior to that I was 5.5” NBPEL. Now almost 4 months later, I am 6.5” NBPEL. I was 4” FL and now 5.75” FL.

Back in 2010 I had the pneuma implant. Prior to it, I was 6” NBPEL. I had the implant removed the same year. I lost 0.5” EL. During my MegaMAXL procedure, Dr Carney removed as much scar tissue as he could. Total EL gained from just prior to the MegaMAXL procedure to now is 1”. I assume some of the 1” gain is due to scar tissue Removal getting me back to my pre-Penuma length. I am very consistent with my Hanging (I use the LG Hanger, not the provided Zen Hanger). I have only missed now due to my self induced blister. FL gain so far is 1.75”.

Understand.. great info. They provided me with some things as well. Can you point me in the direction of where you got your ADS. Also what was the scar Removal you was using. I work from home so I'll be able to do all necessary stretching etc.... Sounds promising though. Great results thus far. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for this thread. You and another I've seen before subscribing to premium to see pics really motivated me. Saw the pics and immediately shot Allen an email to schedule. On the books for mid-December. Flights and rental booked, just waiting to see if they have a hookup/discount with any nearby hotels before booking that.

Edit: Going for the ContourMega, which pairs a FUPA Removal + stomach contouring with the Mega procedure (lig cuts). I'll have to go back for Girth, but I'm leaning towards HA and Ellanse over FTF for that, and these folks no longer offer Ellanse due to FDA.

My current measurements are just a couple of posts up. I did not get to hang very much in August due to a self induced blister so no changes. I just started again last week. My Erection quality is good but I do take daily Cialis. I’m doing good. It’s nice to see the length gain. Right at 1” NBPEL right now from surgery and Hanging. From 5.5” to 6.5”. If I work up a good Erection after a hang session, I can get to 6.75” NBPEL. Hopefully with continued Hanging, I’ll be able to obtain the 6.75” or more with a normal Erection. My goal was to be around 7.5” NBPEL but after hitting my ex’s cervix and it being uncomfortable for her at the 6.5”, I have adjusted my goal to about 7”.

Where are you sitting at Flaccid compared to where you were? Do you expect any significant or minor improvements over the next couple of months?
