I would say that's normal, although I wouldn't think that it's product that you're pinching -- that dissipates pretty quickly. Its more than likely collagen or a little bit of fibrosis. If it doesn't hurt and doesn't appear too pronounced I wouldn't be too concerned about it.

I was looking at old videos that I made with my ex and I think that dent was always there just got a little more pronounced after adding filler around it. @wait_what can you give me an update? How did it turn out? I’m also freaking out. Right after the procedure it looked perfect and woke up this morning and my dick is so fucking big it looks kinda ridiculous. Especially right under where the glans starts it’s so big and lumpy.

I didn’t receive any bandages from my doctor. He just said to wear it up in tight underwear half the day and down the other.

I’m not sure if I should try to keep massaging this lump back down or leave it alone. I don’t know if it’s filled or some fluid but def getting nervous. Here’s a photo:

That swelling and fluid should subside pretty quickly, at least it did for me. Keep in mind that these days are crucial for massaging. Did you go to Avanti? Are you still there?

Can’t wait. On day 2 now and still pretty swollen. Hope by Wednesday it will calm down.

No I went to a clinic in Barcelona since I live there.

Erect everything is looking pretty even and smooth. It’s just the Flaccid state that looks weird. Every time I take my penis out of the underwear it’s all squished together like a marshmallow. I really hope that won’t be like that forever.

Day 3 now and here is another update (semi hard):


The thickness is actually quite impressive but I’m sure some of it must be swelling? My biggest concern right now is that it’s quite a bit tinner right by the shaft and a bit bulged out in the center. Again I’m not sure if that’s just uneven swelling or if the filler didn’t stick to the shaft and moved up? Any thoughts on this?

My second concern is that my penis always looks super bunched up right when I take off my underwear. Like a little playdough ball:

Will this always be like this? Or is that just because of the swelling/because the filler is still soft?

Would really love some feedback on those two concerns!

Yeah that’s what I’m thinking too! The doctor said I should wear it up in tight underwear so the filler won’t migrate to the glans but I feel it’s getting squished.

Depending on how tight the boxers I wear it will look a little squished and funny when Flaccid and I’ll have to pull on it a little to make it look normal, that’s pretty common. So far you’ve got some pretty good results and while you’re healing I wouldn’t wear anything right at all, in fact you want to keep it Hanging as much as possible. If it’s all scrunched up, you’re asking for irregularities. I would work on the massaging the middle part as much as possible to even it out but again, so far it looks good. What are your measurements?

I’m not sure about the brand and type of filler your Dr used. There many types even with the same brand of different texture and firmness. The use depends on areas used. For the face, lips use softer fillers and ones used for chins or cheeks tend to be firmer. So Dr selecting the fillers for penis enhancement tend to use firmer fillers so that it’s less squishy and closer to Erect hardness. In the forum you can find some common brands and types used in penile enhancement.
