my fault gotcha.

2-months post-op, I'm already noticing some areas are under 6" that used to be above it Going to schedule round 3 soon! It's so strange, my dick feels "small" now that it's not as big as it was after my procedure, lol.

I did ask that they focus on my base this time. I just want my shaft to look complete straight as right now it has a pronounced "baseball bat" effect. It'll be difficult for them to add PMMA there because of how tight my skin is there, so I might ask for less PMMA this round just so we can keep it even with the rest of my shaft.

5.3 is average? I thought it was closer to 4.5

And yes I have the same issue and you two guys. Bigger at the shaft below the glands than the base but that’s the natural contour of my penis. I think to GG’s point the skin is too tight there. Any tips for loosening it up? Also I have HA not PMMA but similar results with the shape.

It's because our size has gone down from what we were used to. Everything's going to feel small in comparison. The same thing will happen during our next round, if we get to 6.5" and then it goes down to 6.3", we'll feel small.

Size is all relative to what we are used to. I'm a little skirmish about showing a girl my immediate next round results if it's just going to go down in 2-months. I might try to hold off on sex with her until it's settled out a bit more.

5.3 is average? I thought it was closer to 4.5

Avanti mentioned pumping to loosen up the skin there, but it will still be difficult. I haven't pumped enough to tell yet. If the skin is too tight, it will just push the PMMA out of that area and you create a 'ring' effect they call it.

Latest pics. I’m going for round 3 the week after next. I’ll probably have a round 4 in my future to be honest.

Including some measurement pics. You can see my girth has gone down slightly under 6” (which is a mental pain that’s for sure). The other pic I’m including is one that I was most embarrassed about a few years ago. I hated how skinny my dick looked next to the ruler, and I’m including a today measurement pic to show how much fuller my dick looks since then. But you can tell my length has gone down, I estimate about .25” - .5”. Hoping I can get that length back one day.

I think your results look great. Also try standing because in the pic with the bigger measurement you are standing which pushes the menus out more. So try standing again and remeasure. Also the ruler is higher up the shaft in both pics. Should measure from the pubis for more accurate measurement. You think your about 6-6.5” bone pressed

Cheers. I think my Flaccid is pretty good, not seeing dwarfing (yet). I think after my next round, my glans will start to be dwarfed because the glans is pretty small Flaccid.

I have had sex with multiple partners since my latest round. Absolutely great. I feel like a porn star sometimes when I look at a girl sucking my Dick lol. I had another girl go "oh, wow!" and smile widely once she felt how thick I was lol.

The only issue is I'm dependent on Cialis (was before PMMA too). Sometimes my Dick still doesn't work even with taking a Cialis, so it's useless to have a bigger Dick in these cases lol.

Thanks! Yeah I've tried standing and measuring, same measurement. I only like measuring purely penetrable length, for me all other measurements are pointless. But I see the value in BPEL because you can get the most consistent tracking for gains.

Hey @greygreygrey , I just wanted to hop in and share some gratitude. Your progress report has been one of the best on the 3.0 phalloboards. I hope round 3 goes well for you. I remember you had some small bumps near your base after round 1. Was this corrected in round 2? And were there any other texture issues (bumps/nodules/etc.)?

Also, I know seeing your post-op penis swell up and then slowly decrease fucks with the mind, but from where I'm sitting -- seeing just your pre-op and post-op pictures -- you've got a big dick now! Even just under 6" girth is huge. Congrats on the progress.

Of course brother. I feel tremendous amounts of gratitude for these forums even existing, because I know without it I would have never known how to go about getting a bigger dick as I desperately wanted for years. It's the least I can do to repay the favor.

My dick feels less nodule-y than it was after the 1st round. I have 1 hard small bump at the injection site on the left side of my shaft, but it isn't visually noticeable. Last time I had one of these bumps from the 1st round, it went down over time and then was smoothed over in the next round, which I assume will happen again in my 3rd round. I've found that nodules/granulomas became way less of a concern after my 2nd round. No one I've been with has mentioned my dick at all being abnormal which is the most important thing to me.
