They are taking a very reasonable approach in that they won't do more than 6 x 1.2ml in each session - to reduce the risk of granuloma. Just means you have to go back for more sessions. Finally seeing how to add pics. These are the night before the procedure. I retract big time when Flaccid. I never bothered to measure but they measured pre procedure at 3.5” Flaccid Girth. Erect I’ve been at 4.75” Girth for the last few years. If I’m pumping regularly and have great eq it will hold at 5” but 4.75 is my standard. With the retraction it’s about the same. Def some distortion but I’ve never bothered with Flaccid look because it retracts so much anyway. Erect I’m at 5” with a mediocre eq. I’ve hit 5.25” with a great eq but didn’t get a pic. Tbh while not painful things are tender. Not a big deal but doesn’t help when trying to get a pic and keep it 100%. Fully Flaccid I don’t bother. Retraction Chub looks natural and even. Mediocre eq looks good. Great eq is an eye opener. Looks and feels so much bigger than before. I’m going to give it a run this weekend and see how it goes. I'm still not seeing how he managed to have this patented. short of the lack of standardization in phalloplasty. Nothing remarkable and most certainly doesn't answer the **6 year claim.** To be quite frank, as long as he keeps his 6 year claim posted re: HA, I can't (in good faith) recommend him or his procedure(s). If you want HA and don't want to have to cross the border, there are plenty of options without criminal backgrounds. It is more to try and protect what I developed, especially with people I train to keep them with me. The main idea that he has that is intriguing is to not do more than 7ml to protect the lymphatics and stop granuloma. Nothing at all to explain 6 yrs result with HA. What is strange the clinic in Dallas has a guy who is not an MD performing the injections and was trained by Dr. Perito. Dr. Perito does the injections in Miami. The six years longevity is a strange claim forsure, and I would be happy with three years. Has anyone had any update or news of Ellanse ever getting FDA approval for US or is that dead in the water? Flaccid Girth is much bigger. I change pretty dramatically even while Flaccid from turtled retraction to Flaccid hang. I wouldn’t expect any change in length Flaccid or Erect from this procedure. So I’m about a week out from the procedure. All healed up except for a little tenderness where injections were made. Overall I’m very pleased with the outcome. Both Flaccid and Erect look and feel very natural. It’s me... just a bit bigger. I’ve settled in at 5” eg which I feel is acceptable. It’s a coin toss if I’ll revisit in the spring time to edge on up to my 5.25 goal.
