I'm again a little late with my update. I received a third touchup session in March. So that makes it three full rounds and three touchups.

I came into this touchup round wanting to even out the top of the shaft with the base. Above mid-shaft it kind of tapered a little too much to the glans, especially on the right side, which stubbornly refused to keep filler even after multiple touchups. I also asked to have the base built up a little more.

Dr. C was there with me but, as he has fully retired, Dr. Morales did the procedure. So I've now had three doctors do my Girth enhancement (I was also injected by Dr. Boeira under the supervision of Dr. C). I could not detect much of a difference between Dr. Morales's technique and that of Dr. C's. She seemed to go a little heavier in areas that needed to be built up, but that was about it. She really blasted that stubborn area on the right side of my shaft just below the glans, and even made a joke that there was no way it wasn't going to stay. She was right.

After the healing concluded I had a slight void and some fibrosis on the left side of my shaft, but after a few months these both mostly went away. While I could use another touchup -- with this procedure you could always technically use another touchup no matter what -- I don't think I'm going to go for it unless I get a Ligamentolysis procedure that produces additional length to the extent that I have a gap at the base between the implant and pubic bone.

I'm now at over 7" of Girth and it appears relatively even down the shaft. There's kind of a conical shape to it, as it gets a little thicker in the middle, but I have to say that I like it. While you can tell that it has ben augmented if you know what to look for, this isn't really much of a problem to me. Most people don't question it, and I've always valued thickness over aesthetics. However, for going more than 2" over baseline, I'd say that the aesthetics are rather impressive -- credit this to the expertise of Dr. C and Dr. Morales.

I have to admit that this may be the end of a long journey that's lasted over two years. I've met some really incredible people, made some lifelong friends, and, yes, now have a massive hog that I'm proud to whip out in front of people -- which is ultimately why we do this in the first place. That feeling of confidence that you get from having a bigger Cock is what this is really all about, and makes all the research, travel, and time worth it. I have to say that I got what I was after.

I thought from reading the first posts on your thread that you were 6 BPEL and finished around 6.3 MEG

That was my original measurement before years of PE. I'm actually getting close to 7" now. As far as Girth, I'm at 7.2" BEG and around 7" MEG.

PE also works if you have realistic expectations. An Inch in permanent length is very possible. Beyond that, it gets way more difficult.

Nice. How has the response been from partners? After three rounds I’m between 6.5” EG and 6.75 and the wife says it’s almost too much.

Since this is a very huge gain - also an erect video would be interesting - how the filler behaves while grasping. Dr. C always says the more gain, the more Pmma becomes like „Thick Skin“.

Women eat primarily with eyes - So I think this result is amazing no matter what.

I usually don’t take or really acknowledge Flaccid measurements because they can vary widely, but after getting a bunch of rounds of filler this has become way more consistent. Now, I mostly hang at the same length all the time, +/- maybe a half Inch, so I will now post my measurements: around 5” long and 6.25” MEG.

Thanks for the photos @jacks10 . I want to get to this goal. I'm currently at 5.2 inches girth erect. I'd like to get between 6.5 - 7 inches. I think I'll achieve that with 2 rounds. Just curious, I don't think the photos from the top down give it justice. Would you mind showing what the bottom-up and side looks like? I just grabbed a seltzer to measure the circumference and got excited thinking that's how thick I'll eventually get.

Does your wife cum easier? After two kids and careers, we're getting back to sex just about weekly. I'm hoping my gains will help do the job much quicker.

Thanks! It just feels like a penis. While the skin isn't as mobile over the shaft I don't believe this is something that is very obvious.
