I am sitting at 20 ML and am very happy with the results. The wife loves it and it wears her out. I am wondering if I want to go for 10 ml more, but to be honest, I don't see a need for it. After your second session, how do you feel about your result? Do you have any lumps, is it quite evenly spread? After 4 years, I heard that the bodies collagen should kick in to compensate for some of the loss. So you can maintain much of your gained Girth for well over 4 years?
