They do offer HA in addition to FFT procedure. Basically said you have to follow protocol post surgery if you want the fat to survive (basically pumping twice a day then tapering down for about 3-4 months). Cost of FFT only is $8500, length plus FFT is $11,000 and Juvederm $6500. They don't do a lig cut but use a stretching device and then use a wedge to push the penis away from the pubic bone creating a permanent "stretch".
