After years of internal struggle, and reading everything I can put my hands on. I have made an appointment for PMMA at Aventi Derma. I still am struggling with the anxiety of something going wrong, but I need to do this. The movie helped! My appointment is on 1/16/2018 with Dr. M. I plan to take as many pictures as possible and post everything I can about my experience. If there are any questions you guys would like answered please post before hand, and I will make notes to answer them.
My wife is supportive of this. She doesn't think it is necessary. O well.....
For me money is not an issue. I have been fortunate in that part.

I am hoping to hit 6 in in Girth. I don't track Flaccid length. I suffer to retention pretty hard and it to damn depressing.

The only thing I am wondering anyone stretch after PMMA have gains and did they distort the PMMA?

Finally, I am planning probably two rounds. I think any more than 6 with my small penis will look too deformed. I will doing some cool sculpting on either the first and second round if anyone is interested in those results let me know.

Yeah I am praying everything turns out OK. Just a precursor when I contacted Aventi Derma a while ago I was looking @ temp fillers. However, it is like a double edge sword. Yeah it is not permanent however I don't think I can deal with the constant touch ups. So I finally settled on PMMA. I tried to reach out to biglikeme since his movie is what finally sealed the deal. No response ?. That is ok. I put my 250 dollar deposit through paypal to make the appointment.

I just had Voluma filler done. Wasn't cheap, but I went from 5.5 Girth to 6 in about 30 minutes. Suppose to last 2 years. I'm pretty happy with the results. It's really an amazing thing to see and feel that dramtic of a change that quickly.

I don't know exactly yet. I was told I would get a call after the 8th to setup the final details. I will post the information from that discussion after. I know I want the PRP with the first round. Otherwise, I have to see what they say.

@Mrr I got utmost package with 24cc linea safe, prp, scrotal enhancement, glans enhancement, laser therapy and collagen light treatment for 4000. It was on special.
My room on 24 floor of Grand hotel came out to 92 I got the executive suite...

Where to begin. I came up the day before the procedure. Spent the night debating over almost talked myself out of it twice. I email Ian and meet with Dr. Morales and him before the procedure and talked a while. Just a little about me, I get anxiety real bad. However, after talking to them they put my fears to rest 'a little'. Not there fault it is hard for me to get my mind to SHUT UP. Anyway, I had Ian take the before pictures and measurements. He sent me the measurements and will send me the before in about a week. When I get them I will put them up. Below you will find the after pictures. Didn't want to be biased when I took them
So'. The Monetary Process
I made my appointment and put the $250 US Dollar non refundable down payment. This was credited back to my account when the procedure was paid for. I opted to have PRP so the total was just south of 4000. I paid using paypal with no issues. The invoices came right through, and I paid for the total amount and was told that if I didn't go through with it or medically could not they would refund all but the original $250.
During the procedure at the recommendation of the staff, and I agreed with I opted for the phallotox for another $480. This was to help with retraction.
Finally they offer transportation from San Diego Airport and back for 140. I only needed one way and that was $70. This part must be paid in cash.
So' The Procedure
After meeting with Ian and Dr. Morales they had an opening and started early. I was giving a sedative before which I really needed. The blood was taking for PRP followed by numbing medication. Once the numbing medication took affect the PRP was administered. Followed by the PMMA
10 cc of 30% @ base and 6cc of 10 % remaining part.
Aftercare was shower the next day no bath for 10 days. Message every two hours and wear stretcher for 1 to 3 hours 3 times a day.
Ians 'official' measurements were:9 cm (3.5 in) before11.5 cm (4.5 in) after
So' The Stay
I come to Tijuana often. The Grand Hotel is right next door. Literally takes longer to ride the elevator then to walk there. I would recommend this hotel. Ian offers plenty of follow up appointments which are excellent. I did pay some gringo tax on taxi but learned Uber is available and way cheaper to recommend it if you want to go around. I opted to stay a couple of days after and I am glad I did.
