 Okay so I'm now four months out from round two. So 20 total. Things have definitely settled off. The appearance is more natural now but I still have some areas of unevenness. Girth gains are still there and i can feel areas with voluma. It's difficult to describe. It almost feels like when soft I have a flat edible jelly worm in spots, you know the stuff kids (and adults) eat. So it's pliable but generally stays in place, I mean it has nowhere to go. When hard it's all hard. I think the first two months really affect where it settles though and it takes that long for the tissue to form around the filler, if that makes any sense. Anyway i spend a lot for just 20ml, which gave me between .25-.5 in added Girth. I am generally happy though as I was too large immediately after the second procedure. It is just too much for most women (those who have not had kids etc). Anything over 6' seems to be trouble sometimes. So if i do this again i will look for another filler, but I will likely stay away from PMMA.
