I've read a lot of about PMMA aftercare and I think much of it will be similar to HA. Though I still have questions on how best to handle things after the injection. What I plan to do: 1. Take Flomax for 1 week for better hang to prevent retraction. 2. Take a post-procedural antibiotic (which the doc will provide). 3. Massage to smooth out lumps. 4. Avoid sex for 2 weeks. What I am not sure about: 1. How many days do I need to keep doing daily massage? Do I need to massage constantly for 2 days or is once or twice a day enough to avoid clumping? 2. Is avoiding sex for 2 weeks long enough to allow Voluma to set and stop moving? 3. How long should I stay in the city where I am getting the injection before returning to my home city, which is far away? Overnight, 2 days, 5 days? You could put some sort of band around your Dick just beneath Foreskin but not to tight to prevent HA entering . Massaging is really only an issue if you see any irregularity, otherwise probably not necessary. 2 weeks wait is good - but worth checking the look after in case then you need to massage. The only thing that worries me is infection - but it is incredibly uncommon. I do like 5 days.
