Depending on how close he got to your fat pad area with the cannula can cause a lot of inflammation. I have had all sorts of fluid pockets and freaked out in the beginning, thinking it was PMMA moving around and going to form an unwanted bulge - and it always went away in a few days after the procedure. Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory - I would always take that. They sell it there in 600 and 800 mg pills for dirt. Take 800 or 600 for the next 2 days - and if you are still there call them back for reassurance. Ian told me it was from the Canula pressure when the are doing the areas close to the base. I am 14 days in and my fat pad area is still a bit tender to the touch. It has been getting gradually better as time goes on. As well, the area between my Dick and Balls was a bit swollen for 5-7 days. This to will go away in a few days. I was hoping it was just fluid.. I'll give it a few weeks. Ian and Doc aren't worried. Doc says "you swell more than most, you want a cortisone shot?" I say "does it affect collagen?"
