If they promised such a nonsense to you, the following are possible facts: 1) They are using silicone oil, and falsely representing PMMA. Still too much oil... way too much. 2) They are lying about the real volume to be used. 3) They don't know what they're doing; forcing 80cc of PMMA into your 5.5" average-size penis will destroy it. You need to do some research on Girth enhancement before proceeding. You have a lot to learn before being able to make an intelligent decision. Only sign of the procedures over the past 1.5 yrs are very small marks from entry points. I'm using Metro cream 1-2 times a week to reduce. Tried using more frequently but it makes my skin too dry.
