 So I am one week post PMMA procedure, i feel most of the swelling has gone down. It is a cruel joke to have a massive Girth for a few days then it starts to go down. My Flaccid hang is amazing, so my question when is the low point before build up of collagen, and how long does it continue to build on average?

 I read that collagen growth takes 3 to 6 months to complete. On my rounds, I achieved my end Girth at day 11 post surgery. I think what happened was my swelling continued to drop as the collagen grew. All that said, everyone responds differently.
