Yes. It seems Dr. C's aftercare protocol is very different than Dr. N's. Perhaps Dr. N could write you a prescription for flowmax? (tamulosin). That's what Dr. C gives. It's not really "anti-retraction" as it just relaxes the muscles that control urinary function. There's a supp called "hot rod" that (imho) works better than PDE5 inhibitors, and without the sides. After seeing that lump earlier today I decided to scrap Dr. N advice of little messaging and change to Dr. C and try to move the material by messaging before it set. The lump has gone down a lot. I think the lump was is also being caused by still a swollen Foreskin moving back over the glans and lumping at a point. It is now not really noticeable when Erect but it is if I push my Foreskin back when Flaccid. I have noticed my Foreskin is far tighter now. However before I had very very lose Foreskin. I would only have to be semi before it completely rolled back over thr glans and I have been asked before why was I cut? which would be unusual here. However I expect this to lessen in the coming days as swelling goes in the Foreskin. The veins on my unit are now visable again on the surface of the shaft this evening and it now looks like my normal unit apart from the swollen Foreskin. It's been a long 3 days now. Earlier when I messaging I went Erect. Have not masterbated since Thursday and usually do once a day. Only by rubing on the Frenulum (had to look that name up there) I was able to releave myself. I know probably not advised but when can I start this again? I was told no sex for 2 weeks but can't remember being advised on masterbating. Also went for a run tonight. Asked Dr.N about exercise and she said I could start back today so got back into with a 8k which doesn't seem to have done harm. So took out the tape and measured. I seem to be at this point up about 0.25 Inch over the full legth of the shaft so not a huge gain and could even fall a bit over the next few days when all the swelling goes. I have noticed that my baseball bat shape has not changed. TBH I think it is very informed of me thinking this could be changed. I have had a lot of regretful thoughts over the last few days that I have not shared. I was thinking why the fuck would I risk messing with a perfectly good Dick. However as it begins to look normal again these have lessoned. I am glad I just got 15cc in and would definitely recommend not getting any more on your first trip. I think it is know now that deformaties increase with cc and everyone reacts differently to PMMA so I really think for the first round go for a low cc. My mind now is saying that regardless of gains or no gains I might call it a day on PMMA. A lot of members here said I was fool to do this in the first place and I now think they are right even if I do manage to dodge a bullet. My advice is always not to panic. Let things level out and most of the time that is what happens. Did you 'dodge a bullet'? I don't think it's that risky but there is risk. Heck, there's risk to Jelqing and some folks think Jelqing is too risky. It's all about how much risk you're willing to take. To each his own. It is now not really noticeable when Erect but it is if I push my Foreskin back when Flaccid. I have noticed my Foreskin is far tighter now. However before I had very very lose Foreskin. I would only have to be semi before it completely rolled back over thr glans and I have been asked before why was I cut? which would be unusual here. However I expect this to lessen in the coming days as swelling goes in the Foreskin. The veins on my unit are now visable again on the surface of the shaft this evening and it now looks like my normal unit apart from the swollen Foreskin. It's been a long 3 days now. Earlier when I messaging I went Erect. Have not masterbated since Thursday and usually do once a day. Only by rubing on the Frenulum (had to look that name up there) I was able to releave myself. I know probably not advised but when can I start this again? I was told no sex for 2 weeks but can't remember being advised on masterbating. Also went for a run tonight. Asked Dr.N about exercise and she said I could start back today so got back into with a 8k which doesn't seem to have done harm. So took out the tape and measured. I seem to be at this point up about 0.25 Inch over the full legth of the shaft so not a huge gain and could even fall a bit over the next few days when all the swelling goes. I have noticed that my baseball bat shape has not changed. TBH I think it is very informed of me thinking this could be changed. I have had a lot of regretful thoughts over the last few days that I have not shared. I was thinking why the fuck would I risk messing with a perfectly good Dick. However as it begins to look normal again these have lessoned. I am glad I just got 15cc in and would definitely recommend not getting any more on your first trip. I think it is know now that deformaties increase with cc and everyone reacts differently to PMMA so I really think for the first round go for a low cc. My mind now is saying that regardless of gains or no gains I might call it a day on PMMA. A lot of members here said I was fool to do this in the first place and I now think they are right even if I do manage to dodge a bullet. I wouldn't worry too much at this point. I have no experience with PMMA, but with HA, I had issues for days after which all sorted themselves out over the following 2 weeks pretty much I think people underestimate how long it takes for everything to get back into shape and recover, the bruising etc to subside and the tightness to go away. Things change shape. Try not to panic too much and just let time ride itself out. From 15ml if it's the same as HA, I would expect you to gain slightly less than 1/2" You already have a big Dick so you need all 15ml to get 1/2" , arguably it's more like 16-17ml on a guy your size to gain 1/2".
