IDM and JAM. They were big posters on the old PB's. They were both very happy. However, there was a third guy, an Aussie, whose name I can't remember, who didn't like his FFT and then had PMMA and wasn't happy with the results either. But he had some issues from a previous surgery in Serbia, so that may have had something to do with his problems. Actually just about to get a few hard lumps of PMMA taken out by a plastic surgeon. Tried Kenalog a number of times however the lumps didn't soften at all. It's been 12 months since my last PMMA treatment that just made things worse to be honest. In trying to even things up a bit more I developed a few hard lumps that did not soften over time, I even stayed 3 days to get massaged in Dr C's office. I had 2 PMMA treatments after the FFT treatment. To be honest FFT wasn't perfect but apart from a few uneven spots it is much better than PMMA in my opinion. I had a couple of nodules with FFT that were easily treated with a couple of injections that made the nodules go away. Once the nodules have been shaved down/removed I need to wait 3-6 months then where there will be unevenness were the lumps have been removed I will get FFT or HA in those areas. Never again will I let PMMA anywhere near my penis. Very costy mistake as is costing me thousands with a plastic surgeon, hospital and anathesist. I know some others have had good results but I certainly have not. Before the procedure I requested 10% only but for some reason and I never had a proper explanation they used much more 30% and I believe this is the problem. I was thick enough from FFT just needed some areas filled. I didn't get scaffolds, I was told by Dr Moore in Aus and 2 Serbian drs I had short penile skin so went ahead as was told I would gain 1inch in length and I wasn't warned the scarring would be as bad as it was. It was awefull, not only did I gain no length but I was left with poor scarring with train tracks. I then waited 6 or so months, have the scars revised and had to have a few laser session to reduce the redness. That's when I also had the FFT to even things up as the base was much thicker due to the grafts, I also had a lig cut and gained 1/2 Flaccid, perhaps more to the extra weight of the FFT. From memory I waited 18mths to 2 years to get the PMMA over the FFT.
