Massage it when it needs it, feel around to make sure it is even. Stay elongated and/or Erect as often as possible. Oh yeah, don't get used to the immediate post-op size. I actually had to turn down sex last night in favour of a date next weekend, because it's still a bit swollen and bruised. I'm pretty happy with the outcome now. I was a bit concerned as it was looking a bit chodeish and un-natural which wasn't what I was going for. It seems it was still swollen a lot.
