Assuming there's only a finite amount of time/money available to you and your goal is to enhance your self completely (total person) I would focus on the other items. If you have unlimited time and money, then sure why not... Second point I also worry that your unit will get fucked up, and if you are not completely happy now, then I think your attention to detail is precise and where you'll have a higher chance of seeing little things wrong with it, bumps, lumps etc. I worry about this with me too but as Briceb mentioned (risk/reward) I'm "calculating" such risk against what I may gain in return. For example Ugly Dick= better sexual experiences? I'm trying to see if I can live with that. Unfortunately that stuff does happen with Women and frankly I'd rather assimilate than be lonely.... So much that I may risk having an ugly looking Dick (not sure yet) Not all procedures result that way but certainly there have been enough to where it's concerning to me Type in HA or Hyaluronic Acid in the search box above. I'd also google it. This is a soft tissue filler that is temporary and can also be dissolved when lumps bumps occur. It has been mostly use in the face to my recollection but has gained traction in PE. If you don't like it, you can dissolve it. If you are interested in PMMA I'd read at least 10 progress reports in full which they are all here. There's many people here way more knowledgeable on PMMA than me but what I can tell you with validity : Its permanent and it cannot be easily removed.... good luck. Surgery of this kind has frequent problems, as minor as simply having to remove the material later on to Necrosis (death) of your penile tissue. However, if you insist on going forward with Girth enhancement I would highly advise Alloderm. It has a long history of proper vascularization when placed in various parts of the body, including the penis. It is placed in sheets and is almost always consistent in its appearance, ie, no bumps or bulges. The negative is that it is quite expensive. But hey, you get what you pay for. Talk to Harold Reed in Miami. He has over 20 years experience with Alloderm.
