@Chester: I have my own reserves about silicone as well. But after extensively looking into silikon 1000, I can say my mind is at ease. Especially with the technique and amount Dr. C uses. On-label use for Silikon 1000 is fixing detached retinas. I'd never get a procedure like what Loria does though.

Why? Do you not trust it or believe he mixes the filler?

Did you also had the corona enhancement? It seems like your glands gained a little too

No I didn't it's just naturally big though the PRP might be why it looks bigger

Looks good man. I am contemplating the scrotal enhancement procedure and am following your posts chronicling your results. Your a pioneer of this procedure on this forum. I remember when I was first thinking about PMMA and nobody on the forum had it. It was scary territory. Good on you and good luck.

Just an updated photo of how things are looking. Couldn't be happier about the results but still want to go back for another scrotal enhancement. It looks and feels great so far. Still feels really soft and no lumps. To the touch it feels like the skin is a little thicker but not like a big mass.

The bulge improvement from the scrotal enhancement is my favorite part of anything I've had done.

I can't recommend the PRP treatment with PMMA enough. My healing time was a week instead of three last round. Your mileage may vary but it was definitely worth it for me.

Honestly it's amazing. It feels great, no complications at all. With just 50cc it feels like I just have thicker scrotal skin. The bulge enhancement has been my favorite part. Bigger sack pushes everything out but it's not so overdone that I can't make it unnoticable if I want to.

With the scrotum enhancement . I'm still confused . Was it injected into the dartos? Or is it literally just floating Around the testicles before it's encapsulated?
