How long after the operation did the swelling start?

(I have to decide if i drive home with the train on same day (5 hours from her clinic to being in my room again). I would like to do this because staying at a place there and looking for food and everything just seems so much more complicated and also not comfortable. And the first 72 hours count most, so if i am back after 5 hours.. What did you do for aftercare?
I read 'erections are good' which is interesting in your case
And i read 'don't do stuff that reduces the swelling, cause the swelling is the groundwork for gains basically
