As people who read my first post on this topic knew, I gained an Inch in Erect and also Flaccid until end of 2014. Till today, my Flaccid is still about an Inch longer than pre-op, Erect is only 1cm longer than my pre-op length. Thesurgery also left me with a very bad scar. Politely put, "big scar", my honest thoughts, "butchered". I gained only some length at the cost of a very bad scar. Here are my pre-op pic (1st pic) and photos (2nd & last pic) taken just then. I wanted a longer penis so bad back then because my penis is borderline micro penis as you can see below. I hope that pictures are worth a thousand words in this case and that it is good info for those considering ligament cuts. My opinion, would I have done it if I knew about this bad scar? I had mine done 20 years ago. Mine is a horizontal slit. Visible, but nothing a small patch of hair can't hide. I gained about three quarters of an Inch. Feels fine 20 years later.
