Ok you guys sound real to enough to me. Enjoy the journey there are good times to have with that toy. Keep moist, go to Dermatologist so he can help you with good creams and helps you protect the skin.
Next issue is skin problem and it takes 6-8 weeks if i remember correct. please keep the public openion updated . good luck

Please tell me what happened to you? Did you have the Elist implant? I thought I read on a few old posts that you had PMMA?

1 month, 4 days since surgery. The last week has been pretty good with regards to healing. Much better than the first two weeks which made even sitting down and standing a pain. By the 20th day or so, Erection pain is gone. I can get hard now and it doesn't hurt at all. The scar incision line is still there but I am in no rush. I want it to scan and fall out naturally. The incision line that you see seems to be the maximum of the Elist penile implant. Meaning I can feel at the base of my penis and in my pubic area the implant. So I think there is space for another 2 inches, as long as it grows.

The top portion of my inner Foreskin looks and feels fine, though the underside is still very sensitive and somewhat swollen. I tried putting on a condom, and it is very tight. Regular condoms don't roll down past the glans very well. I'm gonna go get a box of Magnums and see if they help having large size condoms to put on.

The first month post surgery, wearing any underwear is difficult. The incision line, stitches plus the sensitivity of the new penile implant makes wearing briefs and boxer briefs impossible. Finally, I can wear briefs again. I've had to up my size from medium to large to fit the bigger package.

A pic of both my partner and me. He's an Inch longer at 6 inches post surgery, whereas I gained one Inch and am 5 inches. He finds the inner Foreskin (behind the glans) still sensitive and a little swollen so he continues to wear the Tubigrip wrapping around the tip of his shaft to keep the swelling down. The incision line is disappearing faster for me, though I think it's because I have thicker darker pubic hair than him.

Am I understanding this correctly though? You both have either maintained or gained Erect length one month after the procedure?
If this is true, then it is an amazing leap forward for Dr. Elist and his implant. I am assuming Dr. Elist is doing something different with his technique because every implant case I have ever followed (dozens and dozens of them), the implant caused a retaction of Erect length...And most times a permanent retraction. Could you ask the doctor next time you are in to see him what he attributes this improvement to?

No, I haven't gained Erect length yet. I am still 5x6 (LengthxGirth) when I used to be 6x5. So I have lost an Inch of Erect length. My friend who did the surgery last year, it took him a full 9 months to gain back the Inch of Erect length that he lost. It took some time, but he did gain it back. And if was through discussion of his own experience that I decided to go ahead with Dr Elisf's penile implant. Dr Elist does say 6 months of retraction. The retraction really is because the implant has filled my penis to its maximum extent. I have always had rock hard erections before surgery and the skin of my penis shaft is tight. I was Circumcised high and tight when I was 20. In hindsight, I wish I was Circumcised looser so that the penile implant could fit bigger.

My partner, he was the one who had the biggest immediate gain in length to 6 inches! So he is now 6x5.25. Before surgery his Erection length was around 5. So now he is walking around 6x5.25 now Flaccid and Erect. It looks huge. So it's ironic that I used to be bigger than him, and my partner's bigger than me now. I am not complaining though. Lol

His shaft skin has always been looser and his erections in the past were not rock hard. Therefore touching his preop penis, there definitely was room for him to grow.

What Dr Elist's implant does is stretch your penis to its maximum extent. It cannot perform miracles immediately post-surgery. It all depends on the amount of skin you have on your penis on the day of surgery. With time, I was told, the weight of the penile implant and gravity will cause the implant to descend. That's why there are a few added inches to the implant. I can feel it in my public area just up to the incision line. I can feel the silicone implant end just about there.

are you talking about loose Foreskin or skin on shaft. If you could explain I would be thankful on determining the lenght? Gary

Loose skin on the shaft. Dr. Elist doesn't do the surgery unless you are Circumcised. The more loose skin you have on the shaft, the better. More room to grow with the implant in.

Here are two photos of my partner and I at 6 weeks post surgery approximately. For me, a lot of the swelling has gone down. Just a little bit left on the inner Foreskin and the same with my partner. I don't wear the Tubigrip (sock) around my shaft anymore and haven't done so for two weeks. My partner still wears it during the day. He's grown a lot going to 6 inches Flaccid. He's gained two full inches and it's pretty impressive. We started having sex this weekend finally. We waited 6 weeks to have sex and wow, he is much thicker than before. I really appreciate the extra length and thickness. Plus he is always in a hard state and with the Erection it is much stiffer than before.

The suture line is healing well. We have been using Palmer's Coco Butter on our penis shaft and head. I also lather it on my Balls to help them stretch. The weight of the testixular implant naturally is pushing my scrotum down and over time my scrotum should be a lot lower. It's much better than when I did the testicular implant surgery in December. My partner has had an easier time with the testicular implant since he has much more skin in his scrotum. Believe me, it was fun sucking on them.

Can't wait to see how the next few weeks heal.

Thanks, @Latinlog. The toughest part is the first three weeks. Recovery is much faster day by day now. Still doesn't look perfect yet and I know it won't be for another 6 months.

I have another appointment to see Dr Elist as a follow up next week Thursday.

It's great to see the two of you with no infection and so far you seem happy with the outcome. I know elist has changed his implant many times and by now he has hundreds of this kind of surgery under his belt so I hope it is for the better.

Do you guys have any pain near the glans, especially while having sex? Do you know if the implant has been stitched at the base and/or at the glans?

Good luck with your next visit, make sure he will answer your questions to your satisfaction, although I'm almost certain he'll lie to you about many things. Pleas keep us posted as you already have been!!!

I don't have any pain behind the glans. I did notice it being very sensitive the first month where it is stitched into there. My partner's inner Foreskin is still a little swollen, mine has healed a bit faster than him.

It's still a little stiff. I can pull my penis 3/4 up to my stomach but not fully yet like before. I was told that would take more time to heal before I can move it around freely. I see Dr Elist next week for post op visit and will ask him questions about healing and stitching in the pubic area.
