When i used to inject steroids I would shower and then use alcohol to clean the area, let it dry and then inject. Even then I was paranoid.

There are so many things I've ignored to get this done. It's actually taken my scare along with Number22 to make me aware what a risk we are taking.

In the last few weeks I've seen more and more facts that Dr. N acts like a crazy and non-professional, is she a Dr. or just a cosmetologist or something? Is there any alternatives for guys who lives in Europe? Dr. C is too far away from us and flights are too expensive.

My minds blown there should be a whole thread dedicated to the fact she doesn't sterilize before the procedure and then doesn't give antibiotics to boot. That's fucking wild to me. Bare minimum imo for any procedure in any country

Dr. C wouldn't come out and directly say it, but I get the feeling that Dr. N's practices scare the shit out of him. Said she really doesn't care much to do these Male Enhancement procedures, would prefer to focus on other things, but I guess people keep coming to her.

I am 99% sure she does desinfect before she does the one entry point (only one entry point compared to Dr C many entry points)

Also quite sure she used desinfection, but I tried not to watch. Desinfection and one entry point. She finished off with some kind of cream at the entry point before wrapping. She does not use antibiotics if you are of good health. She asks some questions before you start.

hey guys i am in hospital. i came straight here yesterday and they wouldnt let me go. i stayed last night, and will stay tonite and probably tomorrow. every 8 hours i get given an anti-biotic IV that takes an hour to drip into me. the rest of the time i'm hooked up to saline. i was in a deep and dark place 24 hours ago but the infection is noticeably clearing so im in a dark place still but its not so deep and there is light. im keeping hopeful, oh yes! the blood tests show no unusual parameters of infection. the doc was like: its so good you came in straight away. up until just now i didnt have my laptop and last night i just sat there in the dark brooding until the sleeping pill kicked in.

to me, the infection is in the fat pad. the redness and the swelling there has gone down somewhat. the thing is, the nurses and docs study my Dick like they cant believe it. theyve never seen anything like it and they wont hear of it that Dick swelling and redness and that unusual texture is quite normal a few days after the procedure. also the size is nothing to someone used to PMMA but theyre like 'wow'. my Dick doesnt hurt, isnt sensitive, and reminds me of my Dick post-PMMA previously. i want some of your guys opinions on it though please, to anyone who's had PMMA, was your Dick also red afterwards? it's true right?

also: if my Dick was infected it would hurt right? some kind soul tell me it would hurt please.

i think some PMMA got in the fat pad and caused an infection somehow. the hospital here in zurich is top class - the news is always reporting about rich arab princes flying here for surgery lol - but this is the first time they've heard of this and so i'm thinking of finishing my anti-biotics and going to london next week to see suks minhas who knows about PMMA. maybe he'll know if PMMA got up there, which it might have, and if it needs scalpelling out.

does anyone think it would be a bad idea to keep it in there if it is indeed PMMA that's up there?

btw, i may not read your replies for a few days because i might not like what i read and i have to keep my shit together right now.

She of course sterilize the injection site.. Dont be stupid..

Infections can happen after the session....

I was seriously considering PMMA with Dr N, I even managed to get in contact with her and book in some but the more I read about her the more I think she is seriously neglecting her duty of care. Not to prescribe antibiotics afterwards is actually crazy and not to have any post care means of contact is seriously unprofessional. You are risking a hell of a lot going to Dr N and I'm not sure now if it is worth it.

mediatps, go to Dr. C. He knows what he's doing, does this pretty much every day, he could write the literature on this procedure. And number22, I don't think PMMA would migrate to the fat pad unless she injected directly into it. There's too much tissue barrier in the fatty/subcutaneous area for it to work into that area. Bacterial infections though can travel through subQ tissues.

It is as stated correct that Dr N does not use antibiotics. As a result the general consensus regarding post op care of unwrapping early and massage is not ideal. Unwrapping before the injection point has healed completely increases the changes for infections.

alright guys, i've just been told im going home tomorrow which is well-timed by the nurse to drop the news because i was feeling anxious, wondering when the fuck i was getting out of here and like wtf. i can see the infection reducing but still, my Dick is red and and up until just now i've been hooked up to an IV drip since friday! it's just been taken off. until now i've been getting very anxious tbh. you get rousted up at 7 30 for blood-pressure test, temperature reading, drip-change, and breakfast! and you don't feel anything like as ok as you did when you went to sleep doped on prescription sleeping pills and a feeling that everything will be alright. it's been made pretty clear to me that i can't have three sleeping pills a day, despite online saying don't take more than one every eight hours and me pointing this out to them. ive been marked correctly as a narco from the second night when i asked specifically for codeine. but anyway the nurse just told me i'm going home tomorrow because the infection parameters in my blood have lowered enough to be switched to oral anti-biotics. that means it's been friday to wednesday. my Dick isnt bright red anymore, the fat-pad infection has gone, and the fat-pad swelling too. my Dick is still red but kind of the darker-red the colour you might expect after a PMMA procedure. also i can suddenly feel it kind of occasionally aching, again like you might expect after a PMMA procedure, whereas i couldnt really feel it much before that.

we can't blame dr n for the infection. i asked for anti-biotics, realised when i got back to my rented flat that i'd forgot them, and didn't go back for them. also like George7 said, i took the wrapping off about five hours after getting home. fucking urghhh! on the other hand, i'm still panicking that this is a bio-film infection, something i'm putting off reading about so maybe someone can tell me the best-case/ worst-case scenario for such a thing.
i'm going to see suks minhas next week and ask for a Dick M.O.T. i think PMMA has migrated to the fat-pad but i'm not thinking of that right now and will put it out of my mind. so it's been a long 5 days. i made the mistake of asking the doctor last friday if this could be it for me and i did the 'slicing my neck' sign. she said it could! she'd never seen or heard of anything like my procedure and for some reason decided to give it to me straight. if the infection can't be controlled, she said. i was like: blimey! i won't be asking that again. consequently these are the things that this last week i've promised to do if everything turns out alright. in chronological order. - give 500 quid to a good cause- volunteer for a good cause- not shag any other girl but my gf for five years this last one was like my trump card, which i couldn't bring myself to play until monday when i saw no way out. the words 'five years' give you a direct insight into how worried i was. later on i realized the phrasing of it meant i could do almost anything with other girls except shag them. that's not so bad! however, yesterday i was feeling also very low and - not do anything with any other girl except my gf for two years. so anyway. for the first time since last friday i'm feeling better. also somewhat reinforced in myself because from now on, mundane problems will just pass me by. that's the plan anyway. last friday night, fuck me! but i'll wait til i see suks minhas. just wanna shout-out hoddle and naganati for telling me to get the fuck to the doctor.

Good to hear it is going in the right direction. They would not have let you go without being confident things will be solved. Is it even possible for it to migrate to the fat pad? Always assumed it to be impossible due to where it is injected.
