In terms of supplements what do u guys recommend?

My list so far:
Hgh-serostim 2iu/day x 5 days x week.
Magnesium chloride & Zinc picolinate (my own zma concoction)
Hydrolyzed collagen
Vit c from camu camu berries
Spirulllina and chlorella
Matcha green tea extract
Pharma grade fish oil
Moringa extract
Hemp oil and ubiquinol

Matrixyl and Hylauronic acid serum combo for massaging my unit
Anything else I should add?

I only recommend hydrolyzed collagen from Great Lakes, and some raw vitamin C, like Camu Camu.

The rest should be by dieting, getting the micronutrients, minerals and vitamins from the whole foods.

Surgery went fine. Received 19cc of 10% and 2cc of 30% at base

Congrats ED! Make sure to consume a healthy amount of beef collagen throughout your recovery process. I'd recommend at least two months.

ED- did Dr. C size you up (HA HA) and just go do what he thinks bests or did you tell him you wanted that % break down.

Does he say -- what do you want- size or aesthetics? Would you mind sharing how that conversation went?

Because I'm uncut he decided the best course of action. They did ask me how much increase I wanted and I said .5" to be conservative.
They did 19cc of 10% and while wade was massaging he discovered some areas around my base that needed more volume and that's when dr c decided to add 30% because is safe around the base.
I also had 6 vials of prp done per my request to speed up recovery and also help with gains and EQ.
Procedure was not painful at all and the guys were top notch and very professional.
I'm seeing them again in an hour for a follow up and then again tomorrow morning and also Thursday.

Taking Great Lakes beef collagen and also collagen pills as well as multi minerals and hgh.

Experiencing some swelling due to over manipulation and I guess due to Foreskin. I was prescribed prednisone to help with inflammation. Good thing I stayed here an extra couple of days to be seen by Dr.C, otherwise I'd be freaking out.

Good job, ED. I have a good feeling you'll have an excellent result. The decision for 10%, in my opinion, was a very good one. Your nutrition and supplementation are good. Given that you're close to 40, your results will serve as a good baseline for those of us over 40, who opt for 10%. I also think the PRP treatment, to optimize the procedure, was an excellent idea. Did you get it with Dr. C before the procedure? If so, how much did it cost?

I got it in the middle of the procedure. It added more volume and is supposed to speed up recovery.
They charged me $250 extra
